I stayed in the suite so I don’t know other smaller rooms. The suite was comfortable, spacious, clean and quiet. Price was reasonable (not expensive at all). The location is very convenient and near major spots of the old town. The staff are very nice and helpful and their English is very good. Car park space is normal (not too small as compared to my terrible experience in Bilbao). The breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was very good in terms of food quality and the view facing the famous Plazade Nuestra Señora del Pilar. I have traveled in Spain for 29 days and this serviced apartment was the best of all that I have stayed in Spain.

Our room was upgraded to a suite with full kitchen, living room and two bedrooms that served us especially well as I developed a head cold the day before and could give my wife privacy and rest as I worked on regaining my health. As well the location was excellent as it allowed us easy walking access to the historic sights, and other amenities. The hotel was easy to locate by car and there was on site parking which is a big bonus from our other hotels in north/eastern Spain. Staff were friendly, efficient and thorough in their instructions and service to us. The city of Zaragoza was an exception surprise and a great tourist destination for someone visiting Spain. My (first time) trip to Spain has been a very good experience for many reasons and our hotel in Zaragoza was one of the highlights of it.

No negatives, just a great time, as everything went well.

Great location close to everything and the no.34 bus from the station stops right outside. The reception staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The view from the rooftop terrace at night is spectacular

The pool isn't that nice. It doesn't get the sun and there's no view other than balconies of the surrounding flats. The external areas could do with some modernisation. I was rather disappointed that the 'do not disturb' sign I hung on my door a couple of times was ignored

The apartment was big, separate bedroom, living room, big kitchen and big bathroom with jacuzzi tube. The location is great, very easy to get there coming with the bus from the airport, and about 10 minutes walking to the main square of Zaragoza, with the two gorgeous cathedrals. Lost of restaurants in the area. The apartment has a washing machine as well as a dishwasher- you just have to ask at the reception and they give you a kit with a capsules for dishwasher and washing machine as well as a sponge and cloth for the kitchen.

The ventilation system is making a strange noise which almost drive me crazy in the first night, until I realize that we need to stop it. After this everything was ok.

Staff - very helpful and friendly : we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment ( no extra pay), this was very kind and nice, you don't find many hotels where to have such a pleasant surprise. Apartment - clean, large, beds were fine, soundproof to street noise, terase included, kitchen reasonable filled with kitchenware (but we mostly ate in one of the many restaurants in old town), clean bathrooms. Garaje : large enough spots for our SUV, easy access, can use even -2 floor in case, you pay 16 euro per day but your car stays safe. Perfect location : just 5 min walking from central pietonal streets and Plaza España. We didn't use the pool or the hotel restaurant.

Nothing important to mention. A coffeemaker and a kettle would be a useful adition to comfort, for those who do not take breakfast at the hotel.

The staff were very friendly, all spoke good English. The location was good for bars and restaurants The room was nice and clean The included breakfast was good and had a good options The food in the restaurant was good I didn't get to use the gym or pool, so I cannot comment on those facilities The reception area was modern, clean and tidy I stopped with work, I am due back to Zaragoza in July, with work. I will stop at Aparthotel Los Girasoles again, if they have the rooms available

To me it's the best place to stay in Zaragoza. After my first stay in 2014, I've never booked anywhere else in town. Spacious apartments. Kitchen very well equipped with a big fridge, stove, microwave oven, washing machine, dishwasher (though I never need to use that), pots and pans, crockery and cutlery. Kitchen kit provided, containing dishwashing liquid, detergent, sponge and cleaning cloth. Electric kettle, iron and ironing board provided upon request. Excellent location near Plaza del Pilar, many restaurants and supermarkets. Can easily get taxis just in front of the hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff.

It was a clean apartment in a great location. Zaragoza was our last stop on a tour of northern Spain, and it was good for the children to have a pool to cool down. Zaragoza was fantastic and I really recommend it.

I would have liked something to wash up with and a tea towel. Wine glasses, too, but to be fair it did say to ask on a laminated sheet in the kitchen but I felt petty to ask for such items. Small things but important when you need them.
