The Riad is a wonderful place only 20 minutes walk from the Souks/ Medina - Google maps/GPS is needed! Our hosts, Kim and Amina, were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were very comfortable and breakfast was in abundance and tasted wonderful. We simply agreed a time for breakfast the night before depending on our plans and the hosts were very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay- Thank you!

The only small negative is that it is a little hard to find and taxis, etc will drop you off a few minutes walk away.

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel with my cousin! The host was incredibly nice and friendly, always offering great tips and recommendations about the city, which made exploring so much easier. The food was excellent, and the hospitality truly stood out – We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The entire place was spotless, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining it. Overall, I had a fantastic Marrakech experience and would highly recommend staying here!

All good.

Kim & Aminah were so helpful & kind during our stay. They helped us carry our multiple pieces of luggage up and down the precarious stairs in their riad. The breakfast they provided every morning was amazing. Very clean & charming riad.

Our room was a little cramped for 3 people with luggage. The stairs are also little challenging for people with bad knees/elderly so maybe request for a room on the lower/ground floor if possible.

Amina and Kim are wonderful people. Very helpful and always on service. The place has great energy.

Didn’t like the tasteless and tacky pictures, pantings and decorations on the walls. They also got some very weird African head sculptures everywhere. Breakfast is bad. Not good. Morocco has one of the best and most affordable breakfasts in the world and they offer none of it. You can get it at almost every corner in Marrakech for literally 25dh ($2,5)

the owner has an excellent taste and is very warm and helpful. She even stayed for our luggages until 5pm the next day so that we could pick them up(as the riad will be closed the next few days). The Riad itself is an oasis in the bustling Medina and design is just so nice and relaxing.

1. the sound proof is not good, we were waked up by the annoying praying radio at 6.30am(although it may happen in all riads in the Medina). 2. I suggest the owner to forbid smoking in the riad, as the room door does not seal the outside air, we can smell the smoking. 3.the water flow of shower could be stronger

One of the best hospitality experiences of our trips. We travelled to Marrakech for my wife's 40th Birthday celebrations and Hakima (Kim) and Amina were excellent hosts and took care of all our needs to the very minute details. They also prepared Eggless Cake as per my request and kept it a surprise for my wife, who loved this experience. Breakfast is home made very authentic with selection of breads, condiments, cakes along with eggs and Fruit Salad. Kim was very helpful and helped in arranging our one day excursion to Ouarzazate. She also helped with local transport and local sigh seeing suggestions. Although, the old city centre is filled with opportunist teens (Kim warned us and asked us to avoid talking to strangers) who will try to take advantage and guide you to some longer routers and will ask for money in return if you are not very familiar with local streets and as the main issue is internet or mobile data is not very strong if you are on international roaming so you could easily get lost in old town narrow street mazes. We were cautious and avoided any such expenses but people did approach us. Wi-Fi and Hot water flow in the shower is not very good and Kim did acknowledge this. The place is 15 minutes walk to Jemaa el fna square and main markets. Taxis are available and charge around 50-70 Dirhams for one side. Although, I must say people are very very friendly and will also help genuinely. Loved overall experience.

Wi-Fi and Hot Shower in Riad Wabi Sabi Opportunist local people who will take advantage if you are lost in Medina streets and will charge you money in return. Pushy shopkeepers

Kim and Amina were excellent, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent and abundant. Dinner was specifically prepared for us on one occasion and it was excellent.

The location. It was difficult to find a taxi that would take us to the door of the Riad alleging that the roads were narrow yet plenty of cars were seen using that same road.

Nice decoration and design, amazing breakfast, large room, cool bathroom. Kim and staff were amazingly friendly and hospitable, and really made the stay special for us.

the location to the center was a bit off the beaten path…not a problem for us, but could see some less-adventurous people being put off by it

The property is a beautiful oasis in the bustle of the médina. Kim looked after us well and the breakfast was the best we had in Marrakesh.

Nothing not to like. A little hard to find on the first day. Could had done with a map as we couldn’t use our phones.,

The breakfast was amazing, the host was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, a bit tight but the aesthetics made up for that.

The location was not the best, but a 10 minute walk will take you to the heart of the city.
