Rooms were comfy All staff professional, except the lady when I came to check in.

The lady at the desk when I came to check in was rather short, rude with me. Drove to hotel directly from the road, tired, and ready to relax. We arrived at 2:57 and she wouldn't begin the check in process. She told me to go back to my car and wait 😡 Then at 3:06 we walked in and asked if we could check in, she made us wait another minute before she checked us in. This is unacceptable for the high dollar rates we paid to stay there. I would have expected this from Motel 6 but not the Hilton, we always stay at a Hilton, never had any problems checking in if we arrived 2-3 minutes before 3:00pm.

Room was the largest I’ve ever rented! Extremely clean, comfy bed & kitchenette was wonderful, great location & lobby was perfect.

Would have been nice if breakfast started earlier than 7am because the hotel was full of women there for a women’s conference which began at 7am.

Everything was good room, staff and breakfast. The location was good very close by to a lot of stores and restaurants.

That we couldn't pay with cash only credit card. Hallways smelled like dog poop which is not good. It would be better to put a deodorizers in the hallways. The smell was horrible and could use better cleaning.

I booked a 1 bedroom King suite, it was very spacious. The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no stove but had a refrigerator & microwave. There was also a sink & dish washer which was pointless to me if there’s no stove to cook on I didn’t understand the purpose of a stove & dishwasher because what dishes would even be used to wash? Other suite hotels I’ve stayed in always have a stove & for $250+ for one night this room deserves a stove.

It was very comfortable and the staff was very nice and welcoming, it did feel almost like a second home, I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and thought all the choice were amazing and delicious

the ac in the elevators and hallway of the 3rd floor didn't seem to be working as they felt very warm and had an oddish smell to them, and the ice machines were out of order too

Great breakfast options, extra fold out bed for kids, Lobby was clean and staff was friendly

Fold out bed not so comfortable, neighbors kept us up and other parents let there kids run around the hotel being loud inconsiderate to others staying there

I Loved the size of the room. Loved the dishwasher and refrigerator.

I didn't like that I had to cook the breakfast in a microwave. I was upset that both eggs and the sausage/biscuit had cheese on them. I am allergic to cheese, so I wasn't able to eat any. You were out of biscuit by 8 am. You should offer a breakfast without cheese

It was a good stay, clean and comfortable

The breakfast has changed a lot since covid now everything is frozen and there is no instructions in how to heat with the super powerful microwave available I burnt my sandwich twice

Overall everything was as expected Clean,good service.etc.

The pool was crowded for kids that I suspect they weren't guests at the hotel, so my kids didn't enjoy the pool. At all.

The location was convenient to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The staff was also friendly and helpful.

The beds themselves were a little worn down and the bedding was thin.
