Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residence Inn Arlington South. The breakfast offered a delectable spread with plenty of options. As for the location, it's conveniently situated, allowing easy access to local attractions. Highly recommend it for both comfort and convenience.

While our initial room at the Residence Inn Arlington South had an AC malfunction, the front desk was swift in addressing our concerns. We appreciated being moved to another room promptly upon request. A hiccup in our stay, but their quick resolution showed genuine care for guest comfort.

Everything was clean, and the staff was very nice. The breakfast was good. The location was very close to freeways and major sporting events.

The only thing that I didn't like was the parking. The parking spaces seemed to be very close to each other. It was also hard to find parking when we got back in the evening from our event.

Rooms and lobby were very clean. The free breakfast buffet was very good and constantly being replenished. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

Pool and hot tub were freezing because heater was broken. Manager gave us a discount for the inconvenience, but this was actually the reason we chose this hotel. Manager and staff did their best to try to make amends and it was appreciated.

We had left a hotel that did not seem to care about their guests during the snow/ice/ water issue in Dallas. Feb 2021. We moved into the hotel and the staff was super friendly and very helpful. Our room was perfect, had everything that we needed. The location is supreme. Would have loved to go into the pool and the work out center, but we are still super nervous due to the pandemic...maybe next time. The breakfast was a grab and go and was good. We were told that the cleaning of the rooms would only be done, if we requested it. We were there for 4 nights, it was not a problem at all. We asked for tissue and towels and got them. When the water went out we received notices under our doors and used pool water they they supplied in the hallways to flush the toilets. It seemed that the staff really cared about the guests and their comforts and were very communicative. All staff wore masks all the time, they enforced the rule as well. Nice to see. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

The cleanliness was a bit lacking. We moved the table in the LR to the bedroom so my husband could do his work calls in private, there was food and stains on the wall. Also there was tinsel under the bed and some glow stick between the mattress at the head of the bed. I think if the rooms were cleaned a bit more and more attention to detail, this would be a stellar location.... the only down fall.....not a hard fix, everything else was fantastic.

Tina at the Front Desk was extremely helpful and offered my daughter a late check out that she needed. She went an above and beyond to be helpful. Thank you for that!

The location was perfect!

The chlorine smell from the pool was very strong. Also the $150 pet fee caught me by surprise but I should’ve checked before booking.

I never had to pay for parking for staying at a Motel. I thought it was very ridiculous. Unless it's a new law
