Fantastic value for money. The room was basic but it was clean, quiet, with plenty of space, and the staff were wonderfully friendly. I stayed with my 19 year old and we felt safe and well looked after. There was tea, coffee etc and a shop in reception for the essentials. The location is great - it's a 2 minute walk from the bus stop with regular buses going in and out of the city centre. We got the 135 and the 41. I would be happy to stay here again.

You get what you pay for. The room was a bit shabby and could do with modernisation. But for the money it was fine.

Nice old building with nice outdoor areas to sit in, the room was a decent size, clean and comfortable. The main road is 100 yards or so away so very well located. Town is a good 40 minutes walk but it's all on the main road and easy enough as it's all flat. If you're not much of a walker, there are plenty of buses in. The Manchester Jewish Museum is 10 minutes' walk towards town, and if you go the other direction up Cheetham Hill Road, there are plenty of food places and shops within a 5-minute walk.

Nothing serious, but it is a budget option so don't be expecting a palace! The shower doors didn't close properly, and there seemed to be a small leak in the bathroom, but overall we were very happy and had everything we needed

Location perfect. Just 2 min out of city w taxi. Comfortabel bed. Clean room with some free hot drinks and a water boiler. 8/10 price meets requirements.

Shared (wc shower) is too Cold. Like having a shit in the nordic forest. Door couldnt be locked.

The old saying 'you get what you pay for' well i got a great comfy bed an a comfortable rest before my long journey back home, easy simple check in and out, no hassles at all, quiet enough area, an taxis with you within minutes. Would definitely use again. Thank you,

The building has character and was stunning! I especially like the garden such a comfortable place with a good boundary to the road! Making it feel isolated where in fact it wasn’t. Parking is really good a few step away from the door! Shops and food places very local!

Would have liked to have some food or snacks after a long drive. However shops are very local! A few minor repairs but didn’t effect my stay!

The room was the right size, comfortable and just what I needed for a night away with work. I booked it for the parking availability. It was easy to get to from the M62, easy to get into town, either a thirty minute walk or a 5 minute and £2 bus ride. Simple, easy, convenient, left and got back on the M62 as simple as I got in. Nice little building. For £30 a night you can't complain a iut anything. The room was immaculately clean and comfortable

The staff at the guesthouse are very courteous and friendly. The rooms are clean and contained everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I also loved the view from the guesthouse. Overall, they made my stay in Manchester beautiful.

Putting a family room on the 3rd floor isn't ideal especially when you have a pushchair. 2 lads coming at 8pm to check the radiators was also not on as we had just started to settle the little one. I'm pleased I was there as they insisted on coming in the room even though the radiators were working.

I only missed the basics, i.e. at least one-time shampoo and hair conditioner. I think it was the first time I met with the fact that it was not in the hotel. I bought food in the city but in the hotel, but it was not possible to reheat it.At least one microwave per floor would be nice. - no cosmetics - no microwave

Everything was OK, free parking , friendly and I would stay again , all I want is a base to get my head down for a few hours and it's warm with tv , shower area looked OK I never used because my lad wanted to head back home and get some food from McDonald's which was just down road 😊
