Breakfast was really good, and there were great options to be had. The staff were extremely friendly. The location was great. Used a EURO car park which was half the cost of the one advertised. And only 2 minutes walk away. Complimentary water in the mini bar restocked daily. Very close to the tram station.
The menu in the Glass House restaurant menu did not match the online menus. The floor edges around the bathroom had not been cleaned. The socket and USB ports next to the bed do not work. The bathroom extractor fan did not work. Hairdryer had melted plastic and cut out after a few minutes use.

My family ddi like the location and the cleaness of the hotel. My daughter was fan of the accommodation and love going for breakfast in the morning because of one girl she met and makes friends with her. Our stay was exceptional and we love it.😃😃🫡 Our room was always tidy and ready every day when we go out before coming in, which I was so impressed and the cleaners were too friendly and always ready in the morning for the service. I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Manchester to everyone to go and see for yourself, it is amazing🥳🫰🏻👌🏻🤟🏻👏🏼 and shhhh couet. Thank you!!!!!
I am not sure. To be honest I asked my children about it and they rate it 100% love the hotel. Especially at bath time . We love the environment and the different staff we met.

From the very begins everything exceeded my expectations. We arrived before check in but was able to check in early which was amazing. The reception staff were all so welcoming and polite. Special mention to Alex who checked us in and also kindly sent a bottle of prosecco alongside a personally written card for our engagement anniversary which was really appreciated and totally unexpected. We were also able to get late check out which was great enabling us to relax and not be rushed. The room wasn't overly big however was really comfy and welcoming and the views from the ceiling to floor windows were great. The king size bed was huge and comfy, however the pillows were abit hard/old. The bathroom had everything we needed with gawjus complimentary shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, bathrobes and slippers, face cloths etc. The shower was slightly on the smaller size however there was also a separate bath which was great. We stayed on the club floor which gave us access to the club lounge. What a luxury this was being able to have access to a night quiet area with great views and have access to complimentary refreshments and fruit/snacks. In the evening there was also complimentary alcoholic drinks which were table service. We only had 1 drink as we were leaving for a show however I noticed the waitresss was very attentive in clearing away empty glasses whilst asking if another drink was wanted. There was also a complimentary breakfast of fresh pastries, good selection of cereals, yogurts, juice and fresh fruit. Furthermore, we also paid for breakfast with out stay which included a great hot and continental buffet with lots to pick from and all tasty and great quality. Again staff were all very friendly and attentive. Overall I will definitely be back again. And would like to thank Alex and the rest of the team for great stay.
Pillows were not the comfiest. They were slightly hard/old. Possibly some more soundproofing from road noise outside. It would be good if there was an option to find out if early check in/late check out was available in advance or the day before so could plan however this is not a deal breaker as there is no charge for it after all.

Great location! From walking through the door, we felt welcome. Callum on reception was very friendly and professional. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed, perfect! Breakfast was delicious and the staff were great.
Nothing was wrong, these things are just to be picky. The mattress was too soft for our liking. The fragrance of the bathroom products wasn't to our taste, we seem to remember it was different last time. We couldn't enter the car park discount code as we were told. The machine doesn't offer it. We called APCOA and eventually they sorted it but it took that long, we went over the time period so the price increased.

Reception area and lounge area really nice looks classy and up market. Breakfast absolutely outstanding lots of choice great value for money couldn't fault all the staff.
Down in the lobby area is definitely better in decor than the corridors that the rooms are on. We were on the 7th floor all of the bedroom doors looked off white and grubby like they could do with a clean you could see dirty marks on most of them. There was a heater hanging off a wall probably been bashed in by someone walking past with a suitcase, skirting boards looked like they'd taken a bash too. On entrance the room looked nice and modern but once we were unpacking started to see little things like a big brown stain on the carpet , a black modern chair in the room was dirty definitely hadn't been cleaned.

The location to city centre was incredible, 5mins on foot. And only 25mins to Old Trafford on the tram and foot. The room and bathroom were spotless and no noise from other guests or rooms around us. Breakfast was nice but we stayed in your Gerard’s Cross Crowne Plaza in November and their breakfast was incredible!
Only one coat hook, for 4 people to hang up coats!! The bed next to the bathroom had no side table, so I had to charge my phone on the floor and the mattress needs to be upgraded. Was a little lumpy. No on-site parking which is a pain being it was pouring down. But car parks near enough.

Found a bit of plastic in my breakfast - minor issue but staff dealt with it promptly and were very apologetic, these things happen but the way in which it was dealt with made the situation much better. We had a minor issue which was mentioned in conversation with a staff member (not a complaint at all) I later received an email from the hotel offering an apology and offering me a free upgrade when we next book, again I would not have even mentioned the issue but to receive the response we did speaks volumes for the level of customer service within this hotel.
Nothing.

We stayed at the crowne plaza for our boys 8th birthday as we was taking them to a Man City match. The hotel was perfect location, it was clean and service was great. Very friendly and helpful staff. We had breakfast, which was lovely. We even had dinner in the hotel, this was wasn’t planned but we was shattered after a long drive down from London that morning, shopping then the match. The dinner was just what we needed with great service again. When I booked the hotel, I did mention it was our boys birthday.. they put balloons in the room, a banner on the door and a lovely little box of some goodies for each of my sons. A very lovely little touch that was very much appreciated by us, but most of all the boys. I’m sure we will be back to watch the football again and we will most definitely stay at the hotel again.

The location is great for the band on the wall. The staff are very helpful . The bed was very comfy. The executive lounge was a nice experience.
I thought the corridor on the executive floor looked like a travelodge , walls painted black and white with no decor at all. You would think it would be done up like the lobby?! The bathroom was much smaller than you expect for a junior suite. A very tiny narrow bath and a very tiny shower like you get in a caravan. Didn't care for the toiletries, they are not good quality. I dont understand why some of the soft drinks provided for free in the executive lounge couldn't be placed in the fridge in the room for your arrival?

The location was good, not far from the Arndale Centre and about a 40 mins walk from the Etihad stadium (we were visiting to see a match). The room was great, very quiet and two comfy double beds which worked well for us as a family. The complimentary water, tea, coffee and biscuits were lovely. The breakfast in the morning was really good with lots of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
Go early for breakfast as can get busy later (around 9 am was very busy but 8 am quiet). The TV in our room was annoying as it kept turning itself off or losing the picture, in fairness we didn’t report this so the hotel didn’t really have a chance to rectify this.
