Perfect location within walking distance of centre of Beaune. Secure parking. Super helpful staff. Room was ok although the only window was velux as it was on the top floor (of 3). No lift. Bathroom had a good pressure shower. But it was over the bath and positioned too high for an average person to reach and had no rail to adjust the height. Good breakfast (apart from rather hard rolls) with proper tea provided.

Shower head could be adjustable. Breakfast was good but I found the rolls rather on the hard side.

Staff attitude was excellent! Ready to help, attentive, would walk the extra mile if required and would attend your request with urgency. The cleanliness and having the option to have breakfasts and book it the night before at 10pm…. Good was good value for money and convenient because not many places open early in the morning.

There’s no fridge in the rooms to keep left overs or take away food. However it didn’t impact much as we asked the staff if they could put it away in one of the kitchen fridges.

The hotel is in a ancient building on a charming square - it is only a short walk from the city centre and the astonishing Hospices de Beaune - restaurants and cafes are everywhere around - the staff pointed us in the direction of an outstanding restaurant only a few door along the street

The age of the building means a lift would have been difficult to install - but that was a fair trade off for staying over night in a bit of local history so close to the centre of a world heritage site

Beautiful area, lovely, traditional hotel with great access to town and its abundant facilities. Great to have parking. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

Parking should be free as part of the stay. Tea and coffee making facilities in room would be nice and breakfast in hotel was off-putting because of the expense. We had a lovely croissant and coffee in town instead for less than half the price. Stair carpet needs some tlc. Otherwise, a comfortable stay in a great location.

Pittoresque, cosy and charming little hotel just 3-5 min walking distance from the city village, thus excellent location. Several cafes and restaurants just next door, and more in the city centre. Everything you need is just right there. Free parking lot just in front of the hotel, and if it is full, parking in hotel's own parking lot is just 7 euros.

A very spacious room compared to many other French hotels, but interior a bit dated. Everything worked perfectly though.

Staff was very helpful and nice. Location is great, walking distance to everything in the city center.

AC worked, but there was no controller in the room so it kept resetting to heating mode instead of cooling, had to ask the front desk for it every time. Each room should have an AC controller.

This hotel, close to the city center, was very convenient for us. We had the food and music in the center at easy reach, but could return to a very quite hotel when we wanted rest and sleep. The room and bed were great, space enough for bags etc, and very cool during the hot nights, due to a fine air condition.

The breakfast was not up to standards, of either French breakfasts or the main standard of the hotel. lukewarm coffee, bad cheese and ham and boring bread; there were barely any fruits.

The room was large and clean and bed very comfortable with a large bathroom and the location was great. The staff were delightful and the on site parking a bonus. A pefect half-way stop on the way home form South France.

Nothing really. We would have like to make a cup of tea in the room in the morning but perhaps this is just an British thing!?

Excellent location. Parking - we used the free car park across the street because hotel parking was not available due to roadworks but it was fine. Breakfast was continental. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Good value overall. Good pick for one or two nights.

Rooms a bit dated and sparse (no coffee or tea or water) but reasonably spacious with good size bathroom.
