Alberto was very nice, friendly and always helpful. The breakfast was very tasty with various selections. We appreciated chopped fruit, fresh mozzarella, and ricotta. Spacious and nicely decorated room. Only the mattresses were a bit soft, but everyone prefers something different. Great location close to a beautiful beach. 20 minutes walk to the center of Monopoli. We had a great time.

The only thing we were missing was fresh bread for breakfast. There was only dark toasted bread and dark packaged bread available. Having this, the breakfast would be just perfect.

Accomodation was excellent with a comfortable spacious room and ensuite. A/C and safe also available. Alberto's is a 25 minute walk from historic Old Town but it can be walked along the seafront towards the port which is a pleasant stroll. Breakfast was very good and Alberto is very attentive. His restaurant recommendations are first class and would recommend using them. Cala Susca is a small beach less than 10 minute walk from apartment and while it is slightly stony the water is crystal clear and lovely to swim in. Free onstreet parking is available at Alberto's. A cozy, quiet spot just about 20 minutes from the old town. Very comfortable, spotless environment with the warm, easy-going host, Alberto, who even picked us up from the train station nearby! Alberto even made a scrambled eggs for us in the morning. :)

The apartment is a bit outside of the old town, but if you don't mind a small walk to get there everything else is gorgeous. We walked to and from the apartment at night very safely and comfortably. It is also very close to the bus station for a day trip to Alberobello.

Alberto is an amazing host. He extends the care he has to the space to his guests. His place is great: super quiet and safe and 20 min away from the old town. There is a great Lido nearby. The room is super clean and it has everything you need for a great stay. The breakfast is very good and his homemade jams are outstanding :)

A casa di Alberto is a very special place: It is extremly clean and very comfortable, located at the top of a new building with an awesome rooftop terasse, overviewing the sea. The breakfast is really amazing, made with so much love and passion and a huge variety of food (homemade cakes, pastries, eggs, fruit salad, cheese, bresola, ricotta, Joghurt, muesli,...). But the very best is Alberto: he is just amazing, a lovely person with the heart at the right place. He makes really everything for his guests, has great recommendations and he makes you feel like home. 2 minutes by walk is a bus station to visit Locorotondo. In 15 minutes walk you are in the city center or you take a bus that takes 3 minutes. It is the very best place to be in Monopoli. We came as strangers, but left as friends and will for sure come back. Thank you so much Alberto!!! Manuela and Tiziano

everything was perfect

The room was very comfortable. The breakfast prepared by Alberto was sumptuous. We had access to the apartment balcony with grand view of the ocean which was spectacular for an evening night cap. The parking was free and available in the street. The location was a 20min walk to the centre of Monopoli but you if you preferred not to walk you can easily drive and park closer to the centre. Alberto was a wonderful host who is meticulous on the details for a perfect stay. As well, his recommendations for restos and beaches were excellent and chosen with great care.

Very nicely designed bnb, very clean. Location is close to the nice private beach and walking distance to the old city. Alberto is the best host ever, kind and attentive. Tasty breakfast with homemade jam and tiramisu, eggs prepared at your choice. Was best bnb of my trip to Puglia.

The place is very nice with a great view. The flat was super cleaned it was really enjoyable to stay in such a clean place ! Alberto was a great host, very nice! Also it was very convenient for us as we could leave our luggage early while starting to visit the city. It was very convenient for us !

May be the location could be more central but we walked 30min overall to go a bit everywhere which was great for us !

Lovely place to stay, would definitely come again. Alberto is a great host who goes above and beyond to make your stay as good as possible. He was even able to pick us up from the train station in late evening when we arrived. His breakfast with handmade cakes / foccacias and fruit from his garden are an absolute gem. Cleanliness and attention to details is very much visible as well and you can very quickly feel like at home at this place.

Breakfast was delicious, with homemade cakes, pastries, jams, and omelets, as well as fruit, cereal, etc. Plenty of free street parking right in front of the building. We enjoyed talking with other guests at breakfast, and Alberto was a wonderful host!
