The apartment is quite large with a full kitchen. It also has a washing machine, which was very handy. The large balcony was nice to sit on. Our room wasn't facing the mountains, but we could still see them around us. The location is sort of a separate village that seems part university campus / part hipster village, complete with restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store, etc. We loved the location, but it is not in the center of Trento. Trento is a 10-15min walk away, which was perfect for us.
The hosts were not very responsive prior to the stay. I sent a a couple of questions and never got replies. Once onsite, they were very nice.

Cosy apartment. There were 2 bedrooms and a living room with balcony. Two bathrooms and a kitchen with all utilities needed. The apartment is situated close to the city center ( 10-15 min on foot)and it is placed just few minutes walking to the Muse museum. The location is excellent with bars, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Pizza restaurant is just on the first floor working till very late hours, where you can order pizza to take away.
The only thing I would really recommend is to change the metal towel holders in both bathrooms as they are completely out of order and you don’t need it at all frainkly speaking.

Recommended if you are not looking for 4 star hotel services such as 24-hour reception, daily cleaning, ironing, and room service. We liked this apartment for the following reasons: - Parking: Secure underground parking is a plus. 8 EUR per day outside the city center is not cheap, but you can get to your room via a lift (it is large and should be adapted for wheelchairs and prams). - Good Mattress: Fantastic, we slept well the whole time. - Self-Catering Friendly: There is a large supermarket nearby (CONAD) and the apartment has a large dishwasher (tablets provided) which makes self-catering perfect. - Quiet & Green: Located outside the city in a car-free zone and surrounded by green areas.
Could be improved: more toiletries provided (we were two people and stayed 7 nights and only had two pouches of body wash). Advice for visitors: The apartment does not provide oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee, tea. So it's better to bring your own or do the shopping on the day of arrival. (dishwasher tablets, detergent for hand-washing, sponge, floor cleaning detergent, broom and dustpan, mop and bucket are provided. Plenty of cups, plates and cutlery.

the location was exceptional in a young, quiet and recently built neighborhood. Apartment was really clean despite the rewiews seen before booking, well kept, modern and had everything you needed to be comfortable. Really appreciated the balcony overlooking the adige and waterfall in the distance. Top experience!
only flaw: due to the design of the building the shutters did not close very well and a lot of light came in. The windows of the kitchen and the living room overlooked a common outdoor area accessible to all guests of the structure who could therefore look out and look inside the house. This common outdoor area is kept a bit badly and left to itself.

Detailed information on self check-in. Spacious apartment. Very good value for the price There is a large living room with balcony, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and all utilities needed, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a laundry drying rack. The whole complex of the building is in a quite, relaxing neighborhood, close to the Muse museum and the library of Trento University. The location is excellent with supermarket and restaurants nearby and within 15 minutes of walk to the city center.
The toilet seat was missing in one of the bathrooms. Limited toiletries provided

I have been a regular customer of this apart-hotel for 6 years now, how can I get to know it. I like it here, you can see the mountains and I also like the guys who work at the reception ( Luca and Matteo really nice good gay!!!) They always meet halfway. They help their clients, there is a very good steakhouse around the corner, you can eat delicious food downstairs, and in principle I like the large apartments with fresh air in the mountains and a balcony with mountain views. Here you can drink coffee in the morning and Italian wine in the evening, and enjoy nature. The air and water in Trento are very clean.
sometimes change the light bulbs in the rooms and stuffy watering cans that break down due to their tops, and also check the flush in the toilet. Very small moments that will make your holiday excellent in this beautiful place !!!

In general, very nice place for shorter stays (if you are traveling to southern Italy etc.). Very spacy apartment, comfortable beds. As I couldn't use parking due to car roof box, I got a good recommendation from the reception for nearby CCTV controlled outside parking. Of course it requires transportation of more valuable luggage, but that's the tax if you travel in 5 person :-). As a short stay place, I don't have any extra requirements for other equipment, like kitchen. We had a dinner at the nearby pizzeria, which was nice place and they spoke English :-D (half of them, but still above Italian average :-D). Food was very good. Area around is basically a university campus, with a lot of outside space. Safer, quite.
The reception / office is inside of block of apartments. Navigation will guide you close enough, but it is pedestrian area. It took a while to find it. At least we stretched legs after a long ride :-).

We had nice time in Trento due to stay this apartment. The staffs was friendly and try their best letting us comfortable stay. the apartment has a lot of space, located a nice area of Trento, not far from city center but modern buildings. Washing machine, guest card, two bathroom for two bedroom, smooth WiFi were plus!
The kitchen is big with dishwasher is very good but no coffee machine, no toaster, nor oven. It couldn’t use microwave, kettle, dishwasher while cooking, otherwise the electricity would be power failure. Our apartment is 207, the door handle was loosing. There is some water blockage in one of sink.

Location was in great proximity to the city, only a short walk to central Trento, but still conveniently located by a lot of other cafes and shops. When we would meet locals and mention where we were staying, many times they seemed impressed or surprised, as if Komodo has a big reputation or that its just an extremely nice facility.
For a foreigner, the waste management could have been a little more clear. The methods used by Italy and other European countries to recycle and reduce waste is so encouraging. However, coming from the US where we are not as strong in this, it was a little overwhelming to discern how to separate our products appropriately. So a little more detail could have been helpful. Otherwise, everything was great!

Apartment is in a modern building in a studently type location but with shops, restaurants, bars etc around an a gentle stroll to the histeoric centre. Parking excellent. Pass for car park easily picked up as the instructions provided are excellent if you follow everything to the letter. Access via codes - no keys to carry around. 2 bedroom apartment was very spacious and comfortable for our stay (2 nights) and for longer in our view. Nice balcony and excellent view. Everything clean and organised and well maintained. Two bathrooms - a realy luxury (one bath one shower). We were impressed and would book to stay again and for longer.
The ight in one bathroom was not very bright. A hoover would be useful for those of us travelling with a dog.
