The view of the jungle and the rice terraces...the traditional thatch roofs bungalows...the winding paths...the flexible timetable...the helpful staff. I was cooked an ayam betutu for lunch when i should have been gone...they need to know betutu the day before...but i told him i had bebek betutu yesterday and the day before...so he knew i liked that recipee of traditional spices...delish! It is raining 3.25...my driver is stuck in traffic in Ubud...i dont mind! ..in a recliner on the terrace...watching the rain... I will come.back next year! for longer! I was surprised at first by the difference with modern hotels and resort.... but this old way will disppear fast...i have seen too many disappear in 30 years...old charm! A Delighted old woman. Nenek!

The dilapidated Reception hut... I wondered what was coming.. The rest is Ok. I studied the menu, the pool... It was a bit hard to find....

One of the prettiest locations to stay in Bali if you would like peace, quite and overview of the jungle. We had 2 bungalows booked and both had an amazing view and the feeling that you are alone in and with the nature. Bathroom is open, there is hot water and toiletries. Hotel provides shower and pool towels. Good breakfast Staff is helpful and really kind Perfect location for a traveler who wants to enjoy peace

Upon arrival, room, bedding and towels were not clean - some of them even used and not changed. Upon bringing that up, the owner did change the bedsheets and towels, but that influenced our feeling while staying there. It is VERY FAR away from anything, so if you are in the mood to "stop by to Ubud" and come back, it will take you at least half an hour by car, if not more. It is very peaceful, but it is really in the nature with nothing but local neighbours around

It was in a beautiful setting, I had my own section of terrace beyond my patio overlooking the jungle ravine where I practiced yoga in the morning. There was also a small yoga room, and an outdoor massage room where I had the Background sound of birds to nourish my soul - the only one I could find in Bali so far! There was free transport to local spots after checkout.

There was only the one small pool at the top which didn’t overlook the jungle. Breakfast was not included. Reception were not there to greet me. I had to text in. They approached me while I was still waking up at 5-6am when I wanted to enjoy the view in peace. They rushed my check out even though it seemed I was the only one on the property.

We stayed in ubud for our honeymoon!!The outdoor views were spectacular, with lush greenery as far as the eye could see. The hotel’s facilities, including the spa and private dining experiences, were exceptional❤️

• very calm and relaxing place • helpful and always happy staff, helped us to rent a motorbike for very good price • tasty breakfasts and dinners • nice pool • they organized a massage for us • lovely dog!

• you need a motorbike to get everywhere around (everything is minimum 20 minutes away (attraction, restaurants, cafes etc.) • open air shower is not ideal for rain season 😄

Loved my stay there in the middle of beautiful gardens, tranquil surroundings. Natural room materials, it felt like the perfect getaway from hectic robotic tech world. The staff was so flexible with everything and accommodated to every need. I highly recommend staying there and I surely want to stay there again

the restaurant offered an incredible selection of Balinese and Indonesian cuisine, and everything was cooked to perfection, and It’s an ideal base for exploring nearby attractions like the Bali Safari Park and Tegallalang Rice Terraces.

This hotel has some of the best facilities we've experienced! The rooms were spacious and modern, and we loved the beautiful garden and pool area. Every detail was designed for comfort, and it made our stay so memorable😊

Host is super nice and helpful. He can arrange everything and always looks out for you. The setting of the place is just stunning. It's right in the middle of nature and the garden is beautiful. A real experience to stay here!

The place is a bit far from Ubud but it's no problem if you're willing to ride a scooter - you can rent one on the spot. Our bed sheets and towels were a bit damp and therefore smelly

a lovely pool and an excellent restaurant. the rooms were well-equipped, and the staff made sure everything was perfect. We highly recommend it for a relaxing holiday getaway. thanks
