The Eendracht apartment was incredible, with a great view of the canal and science museum. Amazing for people watching. Light and open in the day and cosy in the evenings. The flat had everything we needed. Self check in was really easy and when I needed to contact the customer service team, they were always very helpful and replied very quickly. For the size and location of the apartment, the price when split between friends was great value. It was a 15 min walk to the center, or there was a bus stop just across the road which would take you to centraal station in 2 mins. Would definitely come and stay again. Thank you!

The sofa bed didn't fold out, so one of us used the mattress from it on the living room floor - still very comfy though! Could have done with comfier chairs in the living room, or a second sofa.

Lots of space. Good location and great view over the NEMO and harbour. Everything you need as a base for visiting Amsterdam.

Could have done with more things like a toaster, hooks to hang coats. I’d also suggest oiling doors and the sofa bed to reduce squeaking. Kids kept waking up every time a door opened or they moved in bed.

Ideal location to explore the city and waterfront. The apartment was well supplied with what you would need for self-catering, although we ate out for dinner and brunch each day. The sofa bed was fine.

The single beds were very soft (too soft), basically you sunk into them, not comfortable and probably well past their usefulness - new mattresses are needed. Oddly some of the door fixings had screws missing so they were a little 'wobbly' to use, so you had to be careful to use the handles so they didn't come off. The most annoying thing was the front door banging most of the time people went in or out - I suppose the door has to be heavy due to the use of the automatic entry feature to work properly, so you would be disturbed somewhat at night when someone came back late. Not a deal breaker by any means, but just something to be aware of.

Beautiful decor, fixtures and fittings. Lovely and spacious. Perfect for our week holiday!

The sofa bed was uncomfortable to sleep on as it was slanted downwards at the top and had a very big dip in the middle.

We were positively surprised by the size of the appartment, it was very spacious, clean, and well decorated. There was a lot of natural light and AC. The location is great, most places are walkable distance and a supermarket is nearby. The customer service was great, very quick and helpful replies, and lovely staff! The check in and check out experience was very easy and quick.

We had a little problem with the toilet flush, but we were helped right away to solve the problem. The windows don’t open, so you can’t aerate the appartment, but there is AC. We thought there should be a few more dishes, even though there was a dishwasher, because we were out of glasses quite often.

Location was great for our needs. I originally booked for 7, had 3 have to cancel, added 2 back. The number change made it difficult to checkin but Marta was very helpful. Beds were comfortable. Ac worked well once I figured it out since I don't read Dutch. Very glad to have slow elevator. Did not want to drag luggage up narrow twisting steps. Loved large deep tub.

Tv wasn't working upon arrival. I was told to troubleshoot tv. Not my job. Not messing with your wires behind wall mount tv. It was fixed when we returned next day. 2nd unit our group rented had no ac. A fan was delivered next day.

I liked that it was close to Centraal Station and very easy to find. . The apartment was very spacious, clean. The sofa bed is big and could accommodate 1 adult and 2 x children easily(I traveled with grandparent and kids). There is a supermarket only 10 minutes away which we used daily. The only issue I had with this place was the signage outside. . Maybe I wasn't thinking properly and didn't use common sense. I didn't know which door it was as there was no name outside of the apartment ( there was on the other doors) and we had problems with the key(online) to get in a couple of times. However on the last day we where there they changed the system which is great. So now you can just press the codes outside the door and voila. Done. Would I stay here again? Absolutely On a rainy day it was great because the science Museum is only a few minutes walking and my kids loved there.

Room / facility / bed was all good. Closer to city center, means easy walk. View fron the apartent is good - only difficult was accessing the lift, was out of action most of the time we were there and climbing stairs luggage was difficult. Staff was excellant and had quick response to all our request, means communication was superb.

Everything was easy as it digital keys. The size was excellent for a family of 4. Ample space for everyone of us. It has everything we needed during the stay. Was a great stay.

The stairs were way too steep for big luggages. It took 4 tiny ladies their entire strength to pull the luggages up the stairs and when we checked out, we tried asking for help and all we got was ‘we have no concierge service!’ We ask for help because we don’t wanna get hurt, it is an extremely steep stairs and our apartment was at the highest floor. We also ask to use the safe in the apartment but the prior occupants lock the safe and we were told that the management will contact us the next day but no one called. Both incident were disappointing other than that, it was a great stay.
