Victoria Apartments sits in an exceptional location , surrounded by all the outlets ever needed , 5 mins walk from central station and 10 mins walk from the most famous shopping street and the old town where all the buzz is happening , been visiting the city for 17 years and this is by far the best catch and the place I will always stay , moreover the Apts are so spacious and very comfortable…highly recommended the Lux apt 80m .

The property was located within in walking distance to everything. Large supermarket only a couple of minutes away as was Central Station. Staff were very accommodating. At first we had a room with stairs. Our daughter was having surgery and when she got out of hospital was unable to climb the stairs so the staff transferred us to another room without a problem. There were lots of restaurants around the apartments, mainly Asian cuisine.

Our room didnt have a microwave which would have been handy and the Wi fi was very slow and sometimes not working at all.

The family room is spacious, the bedroom faces a quiet inner yard and the shower cabin is huge. The location is fantastic: in walking distance from the main train station and tourist attractions as well as lots of good restaurants. The manager recommended we visit a local festival which had a few days left, and that was a great tip. In general, they were extremely open to help us and even allowed earlier check-in as soon as rooms were ready. We would stay again with no doubts.

WiFi connection was not reliable sometimes, but not critical.

The location of the property was central and everything, like clothing stores and restaurants, were nearby. The room was very comfortable, clean, warm and spacious. We will come back again for sure.

The kitchen was nice, but it was a bit outdated. It was also hard to find a local supermarket or bakery in the neighborhood. All stores in the city are closed on Sundays. That has nothing to do with the property of course, but you just need to be prepared.

The location was very good, the staff very friendly and the apartment really clean and comfortable, you feel like you are in your home

The reception location is odd as it's between 2 floors, so you have to take use the stairs and not the elevator and it's not great when you have big bags

The elevator was Broken and the did not offer a further option. I don't have any health problem but I was on the 5th floor, double floors!!! They did not say it before it, just when I arrived...

Staff are great, location is outstanding. Plenty of restaurants nearby and a large shopping centre. Close to public transport and handy to all major activities.

Laundry is not great and needs an upgrade.

perfect location, walking distance to city center. parking garage is just opposite the hotel, very convenient. The neighborhood looks nice and quiet, the room itself is clean and very spacious. We enjoyed our stay very much!

almost nothing, only the hair dryer was ridiculously loud and didn’t work very good. The rest were all good.
