- For a hotel this good, I wish there was a mini fridge in the room. - There was little space in the room, which means even if there are two of you, it's a tight space. - The number of sockets in the room was insufficient. There were only 2 sockets, and they were on one side of the bed. - The lighting in the room was very poor. We had to leave the bathroom door open to light the room. If these negativities are also resolved, they can offer a great accommodation experience.

Nice rooms, very clean and comfortable. The staff was really nice, always smiling and caring. Excellent location, close to the city center and not even five minutes away from the train central station.

They gave us one key for our room, and they also said that it was to use it at the door near the check in table which gives access to the rooms (they close it for security at evening and night, which is wonderful) but we kept wondering if the keys for all the rooms were the same then... It was the only "bad" thing I could see.

A nice surprise was; They gave me a free boarding pass for all transportation vehicles in Düsseldorf, which I could use during my stay. A hotel with a great experience, central location, 2 minutes from train and tram stops, clean room, friendly staff. If I come to this city again, I will stay at this hotel again.

The hotel is really close to the station and it's really easy to get everywhere. Included in the price of the room they offer the ticket for the public transport in the city. The room was pretty new and very comfortable with a lot of space.

The wifi connection was a little slow sometimes and it asked me to sign in many times during my stay.

The location was a 3 minute walk from the central station. We could check in before the stated time, and the room was quite spacious and clean. The staffs were friendly as well, they helped us to store the luggage after we checked out.

The elevator was not working, so we had to use the stairs to our room (on the 3rd floor). When you open the window, it was a bit noisy. But it's understandable since its located in the central area.

The hotel is near the main train station. The breakfast is quite nice. It was quiet in the room, but the room was small. For one night and for one person I guess is the best option. Also, they gave you a card and you can travel by public transport across Düsseldorf.

Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean. Very close to train station and close to city center by walking. Giving free daily transport tickets to customers is a very kind and great opinion 🙏 Also there us a luggage room for early arrivals/late dapartures.

they give the visitors a city pass that allows using all public transportation during the stay. this was really amazing and helped me get by in Dusseldorf. I wish other hotels in other cities would do the same, as public transportation providers vary a lot from place to place and it is always a bit of a pain to buy tickets. large room.

Location could not be better! Spacious room, nice German-style breakfast, nice staff. You will also receive a free VRR ticket during the period of your stay which I was not aware of in advance.

Access to the internet could be easier. The only lift got broken for the last days and it was not fixed by the time of the check-out.

The location was so great, just 4 minutes to central station. The room was clean and peaceful. There was some noise outside, but that's understandable when you're in the city center. Free tickets for public transport was a really good thing for me! The breakfast is really worth the price
