Breakfast was decent, with different options. The train station is reachable within 5-7 min by foot. The installations are very clean, it seems they take good care of them and the staff is quite helpful and friendly.

The bed was a bit between hard and wobbly at the same time, so you can feel that it has been used regularly, the pillows are the same, are quite worn out, and not very comfortable, feels like you are resting only on the mattress.

The design of the room is not comfortable at all. The shower and the sink was literally in the room. So when you get out of the shower you would just go into the room and the room was very small so there isn't any separate area. Only the toilet has a door but that is made of blurred glass so no privacy there as well. Our friend stayed in a single room and that looked much more like a normal room and more comfortable. Also our double bed was located in front of a crooked wall so there was a weird space on one side of the bed and my pillow just kept sliding off the bed the whole night. The bed and the pillows were not comfortable as well. So I would recommend you try other hotels for this price.

Breakfast has a bit of everything, from bread to fruit and yogurt and eggs. It also had some juice, milk and coffee you could get. The room was quite nice, simple, with comfy beds and AC. The location is central and you are in the area of Little Tokyo within a few minutes walking. The staff was quite nice and also gave us some recommendations. They also offered us to leave the keys at the hotel if we wanted to leave so that we wouldn't have to carry them around. I just prefer to carry the key around, so I really appreciated that they offered me to leave the key but without being pushy.

In the toilet you could see that there were a few things that still needed to be fixed/worked on. And the TV is quite small for how far away it is placed. It would be nice if they had something like a Chromecast where you could connect your phone to the TV and watch something else than just german TV

I traveled from the Netherlands to Dusseldorf by train. It was very nice that it was within walking distance of the station. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was sufficient. The best thing was that the staff was friendly. Especially the gentleman working at the reception in the evening was very polite, friendly and helpful.

A really friendly and welcoming hotel. A very clean room and comfortable bed and a bathroom with a window. An amazing breakfast and the host made sure my husband had a wide selection of fresh gluten free bread and breakfast rolls every day. Brilliant customer service. A kettle was also provided upon request.

No bath robes and no hooks for hanging up damp towels.

Location is great, nearby little Tokio disctric there is best asian food you can find. Room was was cleaneven though furniture is not the newest ones - looks nice and everything works, the matrass was very comfy - we had a good sleep!

The thing to imrove - it would be great to have some socket near bed. Didn't find any - thus need to charge my phone and tablet on table.

Great value for money. although the rate was very low for being in a great city, they even included a fantastic breakfast buffet. Reception staff was very friendly and chatty and made you feel very welcome. The decoration is modern with some small touches of "Kitsch" but I liked . Very near to the main visiting areas of the town and I did almost everything walking.

Nice little hotel about a 5 min walk from the HBF. I got exactly what I expected, a small single room which was a nice place to shower and sleep. I didn't need much more, and admittedly, I didn't get much more. The breakfast in the morning was a nice traditional German hotel breakfast. The only complaint is that there was not a power outlet near the bed, and it made it difficult to use my CPAP machine - I had to go to saturn and buy a 5m extension cord as the only outlet I could find was on the other side of the room.

Location waa nearby to Little Tokyo basically, plus I was staying for a convention and the staff helped to direct me there - it also is by a direct transport line (train). The staff knew English and I was a foreigner so my German wasn't great! They helped me with any concerns that I had, and they made my stay very enjoyable!

We had a pleasant stay. The room was spotless clean. We enjoyed the breakfast.Beds were comfortable.

All was good. Only slight discomfort was that the room was quite warm ( outside temperatures were very high during our stay,above 30 degrees C)
