- friendly and caring staff - large, clean and well decorated rooms - nice rest areas, cute place with fire pit outside - 24h tea, coffee, water station - swimming pool and game room - all hotel is in the same unique style which is perfectly appropriate for this location. It feels calm and cozy.

- they don’t have breakfast and this is the only one bad thing about this hotel (but you can buy some snacks and little breakfast bites in vending machine or find some places to eat nearby)

Shower was very slippery. It needs mats and safety bars.

Incredible place to stay for a ski vacation. We could walk over to the Salt Hill Pub which was almost connected to the hotel. The facilities were incredibly clean and modern, but still the lobby had a very rustic feel with a fireplace where we were able to sit and sip wine in the evenings. They had great facilities for warming your ski boots and lockers for storing skis as well.

Room was not close to each other we have kids and we were set on first day at huge distance and on floor 1 and floor 3 Was fixed the next day and we got a refund , so made this OK Still would like to avoid it as we specifically mentioned it On the desk we said it immediately and on the first night they said this is it we can't change it Only once we escalated to Booking it was resolved

I liked that you can walk to the state beach from Hotel. The common areas were very warm and inviting and I appreciated the coffee station. The pool was excellent as well.

The rooms on the first floor were very dark and cold (no artwork on walls and limited furniture). Not super comfortable. The two chairs in the room to sit in were about as uncomfortable as any chairs I’ve ever sat in.

Honestly everything was great- the location is excellent for winter sports at Sunapee. Perfect! Free coffee and tea in lobby, pool, game room for kids.

My only complaint was our bedroom had the smell of a leftover plumbing issue w the smell of poop and mold. There was no fresh air ventilation so it was a noticeable presence.

If I had to say anything, I think the carpet in the main area's, stairs and hallway's needed to be upgraded but it wasn't too bad. I would love to have a repeat customer discount, as we will be there a lot more due to aging parents so between, plane tickets, hotel and a car it's a burden on us, any little bit would help.

A bit bare bones but loved the location and the pool and a little trail directly to sunapee lake behind the property!

Our room was right next to the pool and game room so it was a bit loud even after they “closed” at 9pm. However, things quieted down around 10pm so it wasn’t too bad but I would request a room farther away next time

The hotel is very nice. Great location if you are going skiing. My only complaint is the heat was set way too hot. Rooms were not comfortable, I had to open the window to get some cold air in.

Game room was fun, beautiful rec room, pool looked lovely, records to play in the lounge, beds very comfy, everything is new and very clean, good coffee, no wasteful little shampoo bottles, and no wasteful plastic cups in the room! Real glasses to drink water from!

No breakfast!! Coffee was available though. For the price there should have been something, and when I booked it, it said breakfast! The decor in the room was nice, but not overly cozy, a little sparse, lighting harsh, a mix of rustic / industrial. The shower stall design was completely impractical because you couldn’t turn on water or adjust the temp without being IN the shower. And they definitely need to move the “kitchen” (fridge and microwave) out of the closet. “Gourmet” vending machines were out of order.
