The location is fantastic. There is a coral reef right off one of the swimming beaches. Great for snorkeling. The grounds were lush surprisingly, and abundant with birds and squirrels. There are a lot of stairs and hills which we enjoyed. The beaches were beautiful and there were lots of chairs spread out so it didn't feel crowded. Lots of palapas for shade. The vibe was very relaxing. There were pickleball courts which were fun.

The central building could use an overhaul. It had no character, including the main buffet and only evening bar. The shows were so-so.

The three secluded amazing beaches are the best, perfect for small children to swim and adults to relax in. The hotel's architecture is beautiful, but it needs a bit of TLC. The breakfast was delicious, but the rest of the food was just ok.

The hotel needs to have better rules about trash on the beach and sustainability practices. It is SO WASTEFUL! They use plastic bags for peanuts that they offer to every guest on the beach, so you can guess where all the plastic bags end.. swimming in the ocean amongst whatever is left of coral. The carts that take you around the hotel use diesel instead of being electric, like golf carts. The amount of food wasted is just appalling.. they need to do something to educate themselves AND the guest on being more sustainable. Their reservation system for dinner at the available restaurants is very flawed and you can never get a table through their booking system, but once you are in the restaurant the tables are empty...

Best location on beach for all-inclusives in the Huatulco area. Beach very good for swimming and snorkeling Staff excellent and a lot of staff ! For what we paid , and upgrade $….we had ocean view not ocean front with balcony , so that was a bit of a disappointment. Be prepared to walk lots and lotsa stairs …which we like . But there is 24/7 shuttles to get you from lobby back to room, and very plentiful ! Our 2nd time at resort

The worst is having to get up 7am to ‘reserve’ lounge chair at beach !! Terrible …but a problem all over at resorts! How can this be prevented , no clue. Chairs fill up fast . Having to sign up for our dinners on day 1, wasn’t great ! And missed 2 days as already booked up . I would say overall food good . And liked buffet and variety . Best was breakfast !

Very nice location and an interesting layout of the rooms within the resort. The resort is quite large and distances larger than in other places, however, there is always transport available to get to the beach or a restaurant or back to the room. We mostly walked to enjoy the views and gardens. The staff was very friendly and always attentive and helpful. The restaurants are nice and provide good food. Las Brisas is a place to relax a few days and don’t worry about anything. The 3 beaches suitable for swimming and snorkeling are nice with no waves. We always got a Palapa for shade.

We reserved a junior suite as I wanted to have the luxury of having a balcony where we could sit in the evening. Unfortunately it turned out to be a cost that we could have saved. The balcony didn’t have any view once sitting down as the bushes in front were too high, also there was no way to switch off the light which made it very unpleasant to spend time on the balcony.

not enough regular coffee pods in rooms (1 per room per day). my dinner at la pescador was aweful. also messed up our menu at the romantic dinner. it was still good. also told by concierge that we could order drinks at the romantic dinner when we arrived but when we got there we were told we couldn’t order drinks

The room was spacious and had everything we needed and more. Even though buggies were available, everything was easily accessible and we walked. We spent our time on the wonderful Mexicana beach and again was so clean and looked after, the staff were amazing and a special shout out to Firman the barman who was brilliant. In fact all of the staff made the holiday what it was, if you don't have good staff it can ruin everything - they were all amazing in whatever area they worked in. Buffet was so much better than we thought. Will def recommend and will def come back again.

The balcony could have been made a little more attractive, it was the only area that seemed a bit shabby. The specialized restaurants are a good idea but felt a little rushed between courses. The Eastern one was our least favorite, the food was not authentic at all but interior was lovely. We also ate in the Mexicana and Mediterranean which were both very nice.

The location is beautiful, the view from our room in building Mediterráneo, Pueblo Mar was spectacular…I enjoyed watching the sunrises from our balcony, soo beautiful! The beaches are calm, and relaxing even though I would have liked a little more waves…beautiful fish can be seen while swimming, so amazing! The room was beautiful, spacious and the AC was very good! We slept very good…the bed very comfortable! I love the daily cleaning, nothing like coming back from the beach to a clean room! One important thing.. please warn guests about potential animals in the balcony…one night we saw a ver mad scorpion (understandable due to the area) in our balcony and it was dark so it could have been easily missed. Good thing we happen to turn on our phone flashlight and saw it. It could gotten into our room or clothes…scary!

I saw trash on beach Manzanilla…behind the bar was definitely in need of cleaning and here and there…there’s no trash cans and some people don’t take the trash with them so maybe put some trash cans on the beach to avoid this. The bar people can take long to pick up the cups so they just pile on the tables. Not sure if you were shorthanded? We had two speciality dinners, I was very disappointed with Mexican restaurant dinner, the theme and details should be very Mexican with happy Mexican music, not instrumental and bright and colorful table cloths, I was excited about it and wanted my kids to enjoy a real Mexican themed dinner, but it was a little boring The food and service was good, Roberto was polite and cheerful!

A variety of beaches and water sports spread out over property. Very clean and fabulous staff. They have a partnership with Academy of Pickleball who have top notch coaching available for week long camps and lessons. Many courts that accommodated everyone who wanted to play and more.

Many courts but all still marked for tennis and only tape over top for pickleball. Many, many more pickleball players than tennis players. Great system to shuttle guests up and down from rooms but it would be better for the environment and pollution to go electric.

Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful safe location, nice beaches, decent snorkeling with a small reef at the beach, excellent breakfast by the beach at the Mexican restaurant, comfortable clean rooms, local town is safe and clean. Turtle release in Playa Escobilla was amazing!!! Rented a car (2 single women) and drove everywhere, even at night, and felt safe. We will be back.

The food isn’t 5 star, but it is family friendly. The free all inclusive alcohol is basic and not the quality I prefer so we brought our own - no problem pouring your own drinks at restaurants etc. The pillows were all too firm (although we didn’t request any others, so maybe there are options) and next time I’ll bring my favorite pillow with me.

The lovely sandy beach had plenty of palapas and chairs, wonderful swimmable water, very safe, lots of fish, nice for snorkeling. Our room had an incredible view and was so quiet, very clean, extremely comfy bed, mini fridge filled every day

We found the a la carte restaurants offered nice menus, yummy food, but the Buffet food was cold except the pasta station and the buffet has no ambiance, no brightly colored pottery, nothing Mexican , found the Pescado snack bar amazing for lunch and the Mexicano wonderful for breakfast
