The suite was very large and clean. The view wasn't so good (partial of the ocean, partial of some random trash next door to us. The restaurant was good, or even very good, but not great.

They seem to want to nickel and dime you for everything. If you lose your key or don't turn it in, it's like $12, for example. And the wouldn't let family members of ours that aren't staying there come visit us. I guess it's so people don't take advantage of the facility without paying, but it seems ridiculous. They did eventually let our family come visit after we talked to them over and over about it.

Super clean and quiet room, the staff is always friendly and helpful with everything you need.

The restaurant is not good, flavorless food, careless service from the personal. Is like they hate their jobs.

I had two separate rooms. I booked a garden view for one night, and a sea view for two nights. The rooms were both very comfortable, newly renovated, and extremely clean. The water pressure and water temperature in the first room was very good. I liked that they had Dove products in the bathroom. I had two meals in the restaurant. The portions were large, the food was okay, and the servers were friendly. When I switched to the sea view room, it was not a good view so I asked to switch, and they gave me another room with an amazing view. Special thanks to Juan and Jesus. Playa Arrocito is within walking distance of the hotel, and the snorkeling was incredible.

Some of the people at the reception desk shouldn't be there. I've worked in customer service at a front desk and you are the face of the organization. You should greet people with a smile as they walk by. Not everyone was unpleasant, but it left a bad impression. Also, when checking out, I had to wait for them to check my room before I was allowed to leave. I understand why they do this, but it made me feel like some sort of criminal. The WiFi was really bad. The water pressure in my second room wasn't good, and the water temperature was difficult to regulate.

This hotel surpassed my expectations. To begin with, staff was extremely helpful. My room was large, comfortable and with a beautiful view and small balcony. The restaurant was extremely clean, provided a diverse menu and delicious prepared meals. On top of the above, I felt very safe, especially given the fact that I had traveled alone. This was my first time traveling alone in Mexico and I felt safe. The staff arranged for any tours or taxi requests for me. Note: There is no Uber or Lyft available here. There were 3 large well maintained swimming pools that were stunning as well. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone! Plus the price was one of the lowest!

There aren't any elevators for these 3 levels so bring comfortable walking shoes.

I would have like more breakfast options. For the price I had expected a breakfast buffet . But overall everything f was delicious

I didn’t enjoy the check out process , it was very inconvenient. Having to go all the way up to check out, wait for the room to be checked and then being given an exit pass. Especially for those whom are disabled or travelling with kids it was inconvenient

The view from balcony was beautiful. The room was good size. Housekeeping kept room clean.

I didn’t like that the property had no elevator. There employee had to bring all the luggage up. Plenty of exercise up and down. Anywhere you wanted to go. Also I left my room card in slot in room to keep electric power on while I was gone. I had a mini fridge for the medicine. When we returned there was no room card. Someone removed it while we were out. No one claimed to have taken it. We left in slot for power, for the medicine. I had to pay to replace a card I did not misplace. Not happy about that

The views of the sea from the room and the hotel, how close it is to the city and the nearby beach. Love it that it wasn't a big hotel and the staff were very attentive and nice.

the only thing that wasn't easy for us is that the don't have a fridge in the rooms and it was very hard cause we were traveling with a toddler that doesn't eat anything from the restaurant and we couldn't even keep a yogurt for him in the room with us.

We loved our stay here and found it very tranquil . The entire wait staff went out of their way to help us with our Spanish while delivering delicious meals to our table..We were there for 5 days and by the time we left, we felt they were our friends The pools are beautiful and refreshing and taxis always came within 5 minutes. And a special thanks to Kevin for all his help done with a big smile. We will recommend you to any and all. Thanks for a clean, beautiful space with very comfortable beds and a wonderful view..

The stairs, as I have bad knees. But the views from every floor made it all worthwhile.

The view was lovely and it was quiet!..we didn't have to reserve chairs at the pool....staff were great

There wasn't a good walking beach close by. The arrocitto beach is broken shells rather than soft sand... Apparently we were supposed to book a shuttle at time of reserving but there was no option for that on booking.com...if you change your mind about breakfast inclusion when you arrive (we had wanted to see what the menu was like first) you cannot opt in afterwards as you can at other hotels.....there were many mini power outages

Very friendly and helpful staff. While not fancy, the restaurant was hearty and excellent, and great value for a resort area. You are close to two exceptional national parks.

I'm not a fan of the overall development model in Huatulco. It is designed for cars versus walking. This hotel is great value, but the Wi-Fi was bad in the rooms.
