Location was good halfway between 525 Hotel and 2 mins walk to the sea front. Room was clean and tidy. Yes I'd go back. The negatives is only feedback on how I feel they could improve.

This is being picky but I felt there could have been more kitchen utensils as in plastic bowls for the microwave and wooden or plastic spoons for stirring food in pots. No scissors or tea towel for drying dishes. Only one set of tv remotes for both rooms. Also if you have children be careful the balcony has a glass surround and only has two fixing one at each side.

Good location to explore the Mar Menor and surrounding areas 🚴‍♂️🚴‍♀️

Apartments need a little tlc in places as obviously a few years old now and starting to wear a little in places , grout in shower base etc. Lacking in kitchen utensils like a decent fish slice.We could see there is a fridge a freezer issue as you have to make sure you really push the door to close it and believe many guests don’t do this so very frozen inside ❄️

The location was fabulous, there was everything you needed, bathroom was great, fridge was good, having use of a washing machine was a bonus

The apartment was a bit scruffy, holes in the sheets, towels were old, there was mould in the corners, the sofa was old and covered in a old sofa cover

Location was fantastic and the hot tub on the terrace was great! The apartment was clean and well presented.

The WiFi did not work. On the 2nd night we had a very rowdy group move in next to us and they kept ringing our intercom at 3 am! Because there is no one on reception we had no one to complain to. There was no toaster and the kettle was faulty.

Location. Two small balconies. Great Air con that covered both living room and bedroom

Had to clean both balconies and furniture before we could use them. Would have liked a bit more stuff in kitchen to enable cooking. Warm water was a bit hit or miss ( but not a problem as weather was very hot 🥵

Property was lovely . Clean

Lack of some utensils bottle opener and could do with some dish towels . Would have like information about white goods washing machine etc in English and maybe an information pack in English.

Proximity to beach and town

Wifi speed was appalling. No English language channels on TV and impossible to see anything on laptop because wifi speed was appalling. 2 of the cheapest toilet rolls for 2 people for a week. Really? Had to buy a pack of 6 and leave 5 behind. How mean is that🙁

The location in the center of town and close to the beach. Very good price for the space. Spacious apartment, very clean and modern.

The sofa bed was a bit dirty and I had wished that the extra bed was made for my young daughter since they knew she was coming with us. instead we had to figure out how to make it when we arrived tired. Also you have to take the cover of the sofa bed and then you realize that the sofa is quite stained.

The location was fantastic. It had restaurant nearby, supermarket, shops and most important - the beach was a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.

We had to use the sofa for our kids. I did not like the way that mattress looked - it needs a good cleaning. The bed though was very big and comfortable. Overall we enjoyed the stay and jus ignored this little downside.
