Facilities were really good. The Leisure club was excellent for food and drink. Very reasonable prices as well. Overall very nice place to stay.

Wi-Fi was poor. Constantly freezing/lagging and was infuriating. Have to improve this as really not good enough. We also had a local resident who her saw job as 24/7 pool Superintendent. Constantly pointing to signs and interfering with other guests enjoyment of the pool facility. She called security if people weren’t wearing wristbands or kids were playing with balls in the pool. Way over the top. She would have been better employed lobbying for more sun beds and sun umbrellas as not enough of these to be fair.

The apartment was quite quiet and view from balcony was great

The apartment is quite a walk away from the reception where you pick up the keys and we didn’t know this so let the taxi go. We had a problem with ants in the bath room running around in the bath , walls and floor and then the wardrobe floor when I told reception they just said ‘sorry’ …. Luckily I had some inspect repellant that I was able to spray the areas the clean up the dead ones

There was only one member of staff and three parties checking in at the same time, most sun beds round the pool were broken and patio furniture was tired

Our 3 bedroom apartment was large and included a large terrace. Comfortable beds, quite atmosphere and an overall good price/quality ratio. I also like the option of paying for a late checkout of 2, 4 or 6 hours.

This is a large complex and for some reason they choose a rather complicated numerical system to find the building where your apartment is located. They now also use a QR code with a gmap link which makes things easier.

Nice location. The apartment could have been a bit better equipped. For example, no teatowels in the kitchen, no liners in the bins. These are not things one usually travels with! The apartment was ckean but the outside entrance was littered with cigarette ends & packets. No hand control for the heating so either on or off. Attention to details would make it much better.

No plugs in the basin or bidet. Messy by the entrance path. Kitchen could have been better equipped.

Our two bedroom apartment overlooked a swimming pool. The apartment was comfortable. The pool was easily accessible. We made use of the hotel facilities, such as other pools and restaurants. The on-site Spar is handy for buying necessities, although it is quite expensive.

The decor in the apartment was quite cheap and tatty. The vases and other ornamental items are unnecessary, especially as they are of such poor quality. There were no cereal bowls. My kids ate their breakfast cereal out of large pasta bowls!

The Residences are within the amazing Mar Menor Golf Resort just a short walk to the fabulous main hotel, restaurants and bars. The apartment was very nice with an adjacent pool shared with just a few residents which made it all feel very special lounging poolside watching golfers on the distant greens. The very well stocked supermarket was very handy too!

Previous reviews made the booking process nervous as it was said communication can be slow. If you ignore that and simply book your accomodation, turn up at the main reception and collect your keys everything will be fine. The actual real payment is done through a link sent to you so you pay the company itself direct and the booking dot com payment is merely a reservation thing and not an actual payment.

A very calm resort lovely views from the apartment. Communal pool very nice and not crowded. Plenty of options for restaurants nearby. I particularly liked how dog friendly it was.

Pádel was available to book but would have been nice if there was sports like football arranged for children/teenagers.

Suites our needs. We had a good stay. The surrounding facilities were good. Apartment comfortable and quiet. Staff all very friendly and helpful.

I don’t mind cleaning up but when I have to clean the kitchen yet nothing available to do so. Nothing to dry up the crockery and no paper towels.

This is the third time I have stayed at the apartments. Good quality/price ratio keeps me coming back. Big terrace with a nice view, oomfortable beds , kithen , ceiling fans and AC if you prefer. Can also walk 5 minutes over to the hotel if you want to eat at one of the restaurants. Also, lots of parking available right in front of the building and a grocery store really close by as well.

The only thing I don't like is that to get to what I consider a "nice" beach you have to drive around 25 minutes.
