Loved the location. Close to the bay and it's amenities. The staff was very kind, they even arranged for our dirty laundry to be picked up and had it back that same evening. The room was spacious and clean, and next to the pool which is a great looking one!

The shower head needs to be cleaned, the Fawcett had very low pressure compared to the shower. No iron or ironing board in the room. The parking on the side next to all the trees felt a bit sketchy and the beds were a bit hard.

Location was central! Located in front of Sam's Club, and one of the receptionist even offered the hotel's membership card! We were out pretty late after midnight, and upon our return to the hotel we were received by the night shift receptionist who was so attentive and friendly!

Check out time can be updated and synchronised online according to hotel's policies. As the confirmation email I received stated check out was between midday - 1pm Chetumal time, and later, receptionist informed me check out was at 11am.

Perfect location to walk 4 minutes to the water jet ferry for the 8am checkin, 9am immigration and 10am boat ride to San Pedro. Lots of restaurants nearby, including some over the water. Lovely spot.

I couldn't figure out how to turn off the hall / terrace light that was shining through the frosted glass door to the room. Eventually jammed a towel in the door like a curtain over the window. Should have used a face mask.

Everyone was satisfied with the stay at this hotel. I would stay again. I appreciate the accommodations they made for me and my family with the room. I would only suggest the pool floor me looked at for maintenance.

My son and niece complained about the pool floor scratching their feet. I need some maintenance is needed there. This was the only main thing I found wrong with the hotel.

not sure is restaurant was open or not for breakfast. We went to ask every morning but they said " not today" . That was the only thing, for the rest, spacious, nice, clean, cute garden and big pool. close to bars, restaurants, and stores.

Nice, spacious room. Lovely pool. Great location very close to the waterfront and ferry services. Easy to walk around and nice restaurants close by.

No wifi which was a challenge since we are travelling internationally. The staff also did not speak English. But nor did anyone else in Chetumal, and they were as friendly and helpful as they could be.

Good location, close to the port, so it was easy to walk to our ferry in the morning. Also close to the night markets and fair which was fun to visit. Comfortable room.

The room was spacious and clean and the staff made every possible effort to communicate with me even though they spoke very lil English.

The room did not have a microwave or a fridge which would have been nice.

The staff was very kind, they all helped and were preoccupied for us.. Location is good, at least for me, it was close to everything I needed. The pool is clean and very enjoyable.

Exceptional customer service. From the moment we arrived the owner was so very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he did everything to make our stay comfortable. His English was excellent!

Nothing really considering the price point we made. There were a few maintenance issues but we have come to expect that in Mexico! The place really did exceed expectations.
