Everything!!! Best location - you are just a few walks away from multiple convenience stores, coffee shops, restaurants, train/bus stations and shopping district (popmart, ximending night market). The staffs/owner - they are very accommodating, responsive and helpful despite the language barrier. They even let us borrow umbrella because it was raining during our stay The room - clean and spacious enough for a group of 3, all the basic necessities are available and the bathroom is bigger than expected.

Wifi was little inconsistent but not a big of a deal for us as we have mobile data and signal was strong even inside our room

Location beds and value hard to beat. We were steps from the Ximen area night market which we definitely took advantage of, but the room was also sound proof as advertised. The room was clean and had beds for everyone in my family. We are a family of 5 which makes hotels difficult as we hate having to get two rooms and be split up. We will always choose a larger room over a fancier room. Not only did all my kids have their own beds, but they were also super comfortable. I actually preferred their mattress to my own at home! Late check in available for late flights. Toothbrushes and cups and microwave and water and even a little table in the hallway where my kids could eat without getting crumbs in the room. If we come back to Taiwan I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you Tiger Inn!

The shower definitely left something to be desired- it shares the same floor as the sink and toilet. Like a shower in a camper van. A squeegee is provided so you can dry the floor after showering to keep the floor by the toilet from soaking your socks or being slippery. It wasn't a big deal, but just be advised if this is a big deal to you.

Great location! Great value for money! The owners are lovely and very nice! Provided some recommendations in the area. Walking distance to metro, located within the Ximending neighbourhood but far away enough from the main wlaking district, so very quiet. Beds were comfortable and rooms were nicely cooled with the AC. Place is very clean!

Washrooms are small, our group of girls, average 5'2 in height would sometines hit out legs on the sink when showering but not a big deal, can be an issue for someone who is very tall and on the bigger size.

Good location to experience Ximen district. Facilities have been designed with attention to details and they were well maintained.

I think that Triple Tiger Inn offering is a good value for money, but as the prices are fairly low, there are some compromises. Even though, the facilities are well maintained, the rooms are small and they don't feel particularly premium. It covers all the basic needs well, so if you are looking to spend most of the time outside somewhere in the Ximen district, this is a good choice. If however, you are looking to explore Taipei in general, when choosing place to stay, I would value proximity to MTR more, than the rather central location of Triple Tiger Inn.

Staff were very friendly and happily assisted us where they could such as arranging transport to airport. Location is convenient to all of the glory that Ximen offers. Beds and linen were comfortable, despite there being a line of beds crammed together. Basic extras like slippers, coffee/tea/hot-warm-cold water. Lots of interesting decorations and seating nooks.

Walking spaces are small and tight. Rooms are small. Shower is the bathroom, so need to sweep the water off the floor after each use. Found it difficult to get the optimal shower temperature. Wireless signal would occassionally have trouble automatically reconnecting.

Location is good, walking distance to Ximending night market and a lot of food and convenience stores nearby. Elevator and all other room facilities were all working. Hosts were very friendly, responsive and helpful with airport transfer tours too. There's also a very cute dog welcoming guests in the reception area! Will definitely recommend the place.

As an Asian a bidet will always be a plus. There's none in the rooms. The showers were also directly facing the bathroom door so the water goes out sometimes. Nonetheless, everything went well.

Location - Ximending Night Market is 3 minutes walk. Ximending station is about 8 minute's walk and there are a lot of bus stops nearby. There's a great Sichuan Chinese restaurant on the same street as the Hotel. You can try having dinner there but you have to queue early! Gan Mei Alley is nearby as well and serves breakfast. If you are an early bird, this may be the only place that's open at 7 AM, next is McDonald's down the road. Room - The room is compact. There's not much room around to place your luggage but it is what you get for the price around the area. The room is okay if there are only 2-3 people but the room for 5 is compact. Rooms need insulation as we could hear people arguing 3 doors away. Facilities - There's a microwave, hot water, and coffee in the hallway that everyone can use. Staff - The staff are nice and pleasant. We met the owner but she cannot speak English although she's very warm. The concierge knows English and he was able to assist us during check-in. They even allowed us to check-in early since the room was ready. We met the cleaner as well! She's from the Philippines and gave us great tips on where to go and what to do! Overall stay is nice! If you are on a budget and will probably out and about during the rest of your stay, it's a place you will stay.

Great location! Very convenient location in Ximen, so you are surrounded by shops/ restaurants. As the hotel is located in a quiet alley, you escape the noise. The room has a small fridge, which is handy and the wifi works well. There is free water just outside the room and coffee sachets. The shower worked well and the hot water was plentiful.

The bed is quite firm, but I think this is common in Taiwan. The room is quite small, but expected in such a premium location.

We love this place! Almost everything is accessible. No wonder it has a high rating from guests. Quiet, clean and air-con room, nice beds and pillows, hot/cold shower, hair dryer, 24-hour water dispenser, towels and toiletries, as well as wi-fi, were provided. Communication and transaction with the property were smooth and fast, as Ms Judy was very considerate and accommodating. She waited for us until midnight to check-in and gave tips on how to go about in the area. She even handed a tour map in English for free. Although the property does not offer breakfast, many options are available for a decent meal just minutes from its location. Very near the MRT Ximen Station (300 meters), Ximending night market and walking district, Don Don Donki-Ximen branch, Starbucks, Watsons, convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Family Mart, and of course, bubble tea shops. My family and I truly enjoyed our one-week stay and hope to be back soon!
