+ Perfect location, near Sloterdijk station. 5 mins from Stoterdijk to Amsterdam Centraal. + The 3-person room was really quite spacious. + Nice staff. + "Breakfast Club" is a good place for a breakfast, 2 mins to hotel.

- They asked us to pay a €100 deposit upon arrival, which was a little bit weird.

The hotel's location was a 5 mins walk to Sloterdijk train station which made it very convenient to get to the city centre, Zaanse Schann & also the airport. The room was clean, toilet was a little small but had towels. We liked that there was a temperature control for the room to allow us to adjust to what we felt comfortable in winter. The kitchen area was sufficiently equipped with a fridge, pots, pans & also an oven. The hotel also provided a cleaning kit which was useful as we did some cooking for a few of the nights spent there. Staff was very helpful and friendly when assisting us with our needs. The hotel also kindly offered a small compensation as service recovery due to some of the inconveniences we encountered.

One of the lifts was not working so we had to wait a while to get to our turn when it was used by the cleaning crew. The TV channels were not working in the room during our stay despite the staff's effort to help us get it resolved.

Great set up, right next to the train station, tram and bus stops. Loved having the kitchenette setup, as well as the extended mini market downstairs in reception for a quick coffee or snack.

The location is excellent. It was clean. The kitchen was nice. Coffee and tea were replaced everyday if it was used. It is spacious. Bathroom size is decent. There is laundry onsite.

Sadly not all room types have bathtubs. The dish washing tablet wasn’t offered for all the days we’ve stayed, only 3 were offered. Had to buy the extras, but the mini shop was extremely difficult to use. The prices on the goods itself from the mini shop can be different with what it showed on the computer when you are paying. Needed to change tokens for laundry usage, I suggest the hotel to make a poster letting people know how to use the machines. Had to walk up and down the stairs to ask and change tokens.

The room was lovely. It had the advantage of self catering but still with a hotel room feel. Sometimes I feel it's 'quality hotel' or 'self catering flat' but this had both. Location was amazing, 5 mins on the train to Cenrtaal (Don't get the metro, takes 45mins! Train only!). Staff were the friendliest I've experienced.

We were there in July and it was HOT! There was no aircon, but when we checked out I noticed some rooms had portable fans, so I guess if you ask for one they can give you one. I should have thought of that! However, I'd still stay there again without aircon.

The triple room is spacious and Kitchen equipment is very good. The location is 5 minutes from the Amsterdam Sloterdijk Station on foot. It's very convenient for us to travel by train to Amsterdam city center, Utrecht, Amersfoort, Hoorn, Enkluizen and Airport.

This hotel was very quiet (even though we could see the metro line from our window) clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and efficient. And they let us check-in several hours early. The room is large and the kitchen is very useful. It is some distance from the center Amsterdam, but public transportation is easily available from the nearby train station. We bought a five-day Transit pass which made getting around very easy. We enjoyed our stay very much and would certainly consider staying here on our next visit to Amsterdam.

Clean, well appointed apt. Having a small kitchen was perfect for our 8 night stay. Bed very comfortable; nice bed linens. Bathroom spotless with excellent shower; no shortage of hot water. Really convenient having access to commercial washer and dryer on the first floor. Soap is automatically dispensed and included in the price. (Purchase 2 tokens at front desk; one for wash and one for dryer. Each token cost 3 euros). Admittedly, Slotterdijk is not a scenic area, but Hotel2Stay is directly across from the train station, which we found to be much easier to navigate than Amsterdam Centraal. Getting into Amsterdam by train takes about 5 min and the tram takes 15-20 min. And if you are planning to do multiple day trips to the many cities and towns this is the perfect location for speed and efficiency.

Our apt looked right out onto the station and the train noise was loud at night. Would advise that you request a room that is on the opposite side of the building to mitigate the noise.

Nearly everything. The kitchenette was very useful, we had breakfast and sometimes dinner. Lovely bathroom with a great shower. The terrace is a great place to relax and although we didn't use it a nice gym is available. Bus / tram / underground and overground trains 30 seconds walk from the hotel but don't worry the rooms are incredibly well sound proofed. Didn't hear a thing. We chose two options to travel to the center. The metro or the tram. Lovely choices of snacks and drinks (hot and cold) near reception and supermarkets are open both at the station and close by. We chose to shop in the center and bring the food back. The entrance and seating area is very relaxing too. As for the staff, extremely helpful and professional throughout our stay. We will definitely be staying again next time we come... April.......Thank you to ALL the staff.

the twin beds..... kept sinking in the middle.. One double bed would have made it much better. It does say (on various websites) the beds are double beds or extra large double beds so we chose those rooms. Either the websites need to be updated to say some of the rooms have two single beds joined together with a thin mattress on top (some websites give you a choice of twin or double - i chose double)- to no avail) or ..... one needs to write to the hotel to request a real double bed. Saying ALL THAT the bed was still very comfortable, as were the pillows. Will be back for sure.

Although the location is not quite close to the main area, Transportation is good, it takes about 30mins to get to ams city by bus, or 15mins by train. crew is nice, could be more informative though. the hotel and the room itself were clean and pleasant. bed was huge and comfort.

The shower room is very small, uncomfortable to move inside and you can hardly towel off . water flow is quite low sometimes and couple of times it completely stopped for a short time which was very annoying . the Balcony was nice, however it has no roof that is necessary in rainy days, which lovely Holland has a lot. I must say our expectations were higher for this kind of room, but overall it was quite good. .
