Fine property, good facilities, very clean.

We were charged additional 20 Euros because the second room had the names of the two occupants (Jorge & Maura Szendiuch) but the number of occupants on the reservation was “1”. The additional charge made mo sense.

Stayed with group of 13 to celebrate a birthday. Rooms clean with comfy beds & good shower. Breakfast was excellent. Huge choice of hot & cold food, all beautifully presented. Restaurant/breakfast room was very tasteful. The outside tables were not used, as too cold (January) but the views from the rooftop restaurant were superb with good views of Mt Vesuvius. Very close to main station & metro, so easy access to city locations. Walk to port not too far.

The hotel is in an area near the station which is known to be dangerous. We had no problems, but despite being city-wise, it's not an area that I would walk around on my own. Every local bar we went into, the staff warned us to be careful.

Stay here for the location and the rooftop bar/restaurant. Directly across from Naples main train station this is a close and safe option if you're travelling work luggage. Taxis can pick you up and drop off right at the door if you need the airport or ferry. The rooms are clean and tidy but basic, the bed and pillows were quite firm. I was pleasantly surprised by the good water pressure in the shower. The rooftop bar & restaurant were the best part. We had lovely service and a great meal with views across Napoli

If you're looking for a good hotel in Naples, make sure you book a room at UNAHOTELS ! It's opposite the main train station and you can explore absolutely everything from there. The staff are super friendly and very attentive. My special thanks go to Anna(maria), who made me feel very well looked after. The room was spacious, super tidy, and air-conditioned. All amenities were restocked on a daily basis, and a lot of fresh towels included. It's just fantastic! I didn't feel unsafe, but avoided leaving the hotel after 10:00 PM. Safety inside the hotel is impeccable, though! As the hotel is located directly in the city's center, you can explore everything by walking, by bus or by tram. The breakfast is one of a kind. There's nothing that isn't available. Even OatMilk was available, you can find all sorts of fruits, cereal, toast, croissants, yogurt, cheese, ham, olives, pancakes: you name it, they have it!

We had a fantastic stay at UNAHOTELS Napoli. The rooftop Vesuvio Terrace was simply amazing, offering breathtaking views. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the hotel was impeccably clean. We chose to dine at the hotel’s restaurant due to its superb quality and wonderful views, which was a highlight of our stay.

The central location of the hotel is very convenient for exploring the city, although navigating the busy streets can be a bit challenging if you’re not used to it. Just remember to be assertive when crossing. Overall, it was a delightful experience and we highly recommend this hotel!

Clean, comfortable, nice roof top restaurant, tasty foods, close enough to train station, mini-fridge, quiet at night, varied breakfast options, nice check-out time (max noon) which allows exploring city little more before leaving.

Restaurant a bit pricy and can be a bit chaotic and hectic/unsettled atmosphere during breakfast time. The big shampoo bottle that was installed on the wall in the shower did not work so I had to go get my own from my bag in the room when I was already all soaked and wet. Staff seemed professional but not very helpful/knowledgeable related to nearby tour info, just handing you the tour package brochures and that’s about it. Can be a bit cold at night time (in fall & winter) since the heater is very weak and does not work very well.

Really close to the central train station of Naples. Very clean room with super comfortable bed. Very polite and helpful personnel at the reception desk and at the breakfast floor. The proposed parking garage was really close, charged 20 euros per day.

The area around is not fancy at all. It would be nice if there were one or two, free of charge, bottles of water, especially on the first day of arrival. Busy roads in front of the hotel with heavy traffic since 07:30 am but the soundproof windows help a lot.

Our suite was wonderful! The bathroom was also spacious and luxurious. The day we came to Naples was the Easter Monday, which is a big holiday in Italy. Our train was fully packed like Sardines and our daughter passed out in the train, so we were taken to children hospital and spent the whole day there. We feel coming to the hotel after such a day was a treat. it's easy connection to get from the hospital to hotel with metro. And it's also easy to find the hotel when we got out from Napili Centrale/ Napoli P. Garibaldi. The man at the receptionist was really nice. He didn't waste time to take our booking and explain everything. Was really helpful because it was raining when we arrived in Termini. We then decided to order Room service, and the food was really good. The staff said the restaurant had special easter grill night that day, and they had special menu but they did our normal order without hesitate. Overall the staff are really nice and helpful. Breakfast selection was also huge. Rooftop is great, offering view to the city and mount vesuvius. Location of the hotel is very central. Close to central station, hop-on-hop bus stop and other buses. There are bazaar nearby. The room is soundproof. Even we are located in busy area, noise from outside was close to nothing if the windows and balcony door are closed. Good Wi-fi Connection. They mentioned that they have fitness room in the building, but we didn't get the chance to use it, because we were so busy exploring Naples. We'll stay there again if we're visiting Naples again.

Would be good if there are more TV Program in english or other language, or the TV had possibility to connect with our phone so we can stream our own Netflix. But it's not a big deal, cause we're busy exploring Naples and with our phone when we're back.

The team is really friendly and supportive. Breakfast, Cocktails and Dinner at the hotel restaurant were magnificient. You really should have dinner at their rooftop terrace! Location is great to explore the city by metro/ by walking.

Not really possible to open the window, because our room was directly facing Piazza Garibaldi. The neighbourhood is rather shady. I guess the hotel is not to blame, but you have to be aware that you have to walk 5-10min to reach more pleasant surroundings ;-)

Central location, but the neighborhood is a bit dodgy like usually happens near a central railway station. The hotel has a really nice roof harden for breakfast or a drink at night. The breakfast had a lot of options and it doubled as a good restaurant for dinner.

the hotel was walking distance from the historic centre of Napoli, however 3 minuted the wrong way and you were in the shadows looking over your shoulder. The rooms and common areas in December were really hot, the heater was running continuously. I complained to the reeption they found no solutions, I had to open the windows.
