Good hotel , the location is perfect, and the staff friendly and helpful.

The location is great! Right next to Topkapi Palace, the park and the river. The tram stop is also very close. Breakfast was better than I expected. Quite a few options in the breakfast buffet. There is a great view from the rooftop, but no seating area or place to enjoy it.

The room is very small, which I was expecting. The hotel is old and out dated. I wish there was a seating area on the rooftop so you can enjoy the beautiful view more.

The hotel was very simple and a bit outdated but we didn’t matter for us because was clean and we had a nice stay there. The staff was very friendly reason why we recomand the hotel to guests that travel with a buget

Was perfect but the rooms near the elevator need to be more soundproof for outside noises because in the morning the elevator and the other guest stay there and make noise until the elevator arrives.

Not the case

Breakfast is excellent and the staff very cooperative. They serve very well until last guest done the breakfast.

They initially give us room with AC not working well. After a while we request them, and they change the rooms which was ok.

The hotel is in the center of the market, attractions, MMM. We had a great time

You have a beautiful hotel and by making some changes in the bathrooms, in the mood of the staff and in the breakfast, I believe there would be no negative comments about your place

The location is good, 10-15 min walking from the major tourist attractions. 4 min walking to 2 tram stations. It was cleaned every day and I got fresh towels every day. The front desk officer helped me with carrying my suitcase to the room upon arrival. The mattress was very firm. The breakfast is ‘all you can eat’ and very healthy - cheese, olives, tomatoes, cucumbers… (mediterranean). There are chairs on the rooftop, and on one side there is a nice view overlooking the water.

The curtains are very thin/see-through and if you are not an exceptional sleeper, chances are you will be woken up by the first rays of light in the morning. The room is very small (and relatively pricy for the size), you can only sit on your bed. The bathroom had a moist and stenchy air (you have to leave bathroom door and window from the room open over day). During the night when I’d close the window (because of street noise) the stench would build up. You hear everything that’s going on in the halls, the walls are not isolated from noises. Also I very often heard a washing machine centrifuge noise. The waiter cruised all the time through the dining room while we were eating, staring at what we take. This ‘constant monitoring’ made eating breakfast less enjoyable.
