We had a nice and clean room. I always pay attention to the carpets in the room and in the corridors. There was no extra smell or dirty spots. Cozy and large beds. Clean linen and towels. All cosmetics and a hair dryer were provided. The room was cleaned every day. There was a place to get free water and ice. Excellent breakfasts, I would even say simply magical! Excellent location.

We had a very strange door on rails in the bathroom. It did not close properly and there were large gaps between the walls and doors, where you could look if you wanted. This is not very convenient when several people and small children live in the room at the same time.

The room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was good, close to the highway but also close to a lot of nice green spaces (Memorial Park and Buffalo Bayou Park). Breakfast contained a lot of delicious options. For lunch and dinner there are several restaurant options within walking distance, if you don't mind walking next to the busy roads.

Of course it is logical that a location near a highway brings noise, but I think an investment in better windows would reduce this noise and would give 10/10 sleep comfort. Now I think sleep comfort is 7,5/10.

In general everything was great in the hotel. From the great customer experience to the cleanliness of the rooms, delicious breakfast. Each morning they had something different. My children loved it, even though they are not morning persons, they would wake up for the breakfast. We felt safe in that property it was gated.

The only thing I was not happy was that in the pool. It was indoors and it was too hot and humid it made it hard at time to gasp for air. The ice machine was not working on our floor. Had to go down one floor to go get ice.

The breakfast was delicious and had a wide selection and the location of the hotel was perfect. The staff was nice and I was glad I had the option to have my room cleaned every day or every other day. I chose every other day. Would stay here again.

The temperature in the hallways was a bit stuffy but not a huge deal. I honestly can say there wasn't much I didn't like except I didn't like having to check out since it was the end of my booking reservation. LOL!

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good two of the three days we stayed. The oatmeal was very watery one day.

The room shows a bit of wear. The rubber molding is pulling away from the wall in some areas. The TV cable line had to be readjusted for better reception. The picture dropped out many times until I moved the cable around for better reception.

Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the location was Convenient for work.

Trains going by we're very loud while sleeping. Traffic in the area is hazardous. TV control was odd, not able to find a directory of what was on. Had to flip through channels slowly.

The breakfast offering is always exceptional! When traveling for business this really makes a difference, especially when on a tight meeting schedule.

The external noise from the highway was a bit of a distraction. This is no fault of Hampton, I will just choose a different location in Houston, a Hampton that is not as close to the highway.

Plenty of space in the room, easy check in process, and good breakfast options. Coffee machines available anytime are awesome. They also have togo breakfast bags, which are good time savers.

The bathroom shows signs of non-mintious work (cleanness and as built).

Nice room. Liked the design

The elevator stopped working and had to take the stairs. Paid $4.95 for premium WiFi and it kept disconnecting. The employee at the front desk was having family issues and was focused on talking to a fellow employee instead of providing attentive customer service.

The night before we were scheduled to drive from Middle Georgia to Houston, my Husband was stung by many carpenter bees and was unable to walk without intense pain. I texted the hotel's Concierge Desk to change the arrival date to the next day, Abby A. assisted us above and beyond our expectations. We really appreciate her Customer Service Excellence! In addition, we thank the Managers and Kaitlyn for their assistance. We plan on returning for another stay on our way back home.
