Pacific Park is a quiet, peaceful camp with everything we needed within walking distance - great restaurants and takeaways, beautiful beach, but close enough to Tauranga and Mt Maunganui when we so desired. Loved to soak in the onsite hot pool every afternoon.

Our stay was too early to try out the cinema, cafe and some of the other summer activities they provide. Next year we may decide to go after Christmas.

Having stayed in a few holiday parks over the years, this came as a complete surprise and far exceeded my expectations. All the rooms were spacious and ultra-modern. The kitchen was very well equipped and I especially liked the multi-function microwave & oven. I stayed in the two-story motel room with both upstairs and downstairs bedrooms. The large heat pump kept the entire place warm and cozy with near zero temperature outside. Really enjoyed our visit and will come back again.

Nothing major to fault. Parking was on grass outside the motel unit which was pretty soft due to rain and had to be careful not to bring mud into the lovely apartment.

Check In was so easy and the staff were lovely and accommodating. The grounds itself is clean and well maintained. Definitely above camping standards! We enjoyed the games room and the hot pool on cold nights - an absolute must do (even if its cold) our family stayed in the front motel rooms. They are so modern, super comfortable and had everything provided, we didn't need to bother staff for anything at all. You can tell that every little detail was well thought of. We appreciated the playground and mini golf for the kids. There is close access to the beach and conveniently next door are cafes, an Indian restaurant (good food - we ate here) and a dairy. Further down are more restaurants and all so close by. We enjoyed every part of our stay and definitely recommend it!

It is in Papamoa East, so a fair bit out from the Mount. But we appreciated the quiet and convenience of all the new restaurants and facilities in Papamoa. Huge range of facilities.

The staff member that greeted us when we arrived, the map of the campgrounds provided, family friendly especially the playground for our 1 year old, our cabin had all the amenities we needed, location was perfect for us, the lovely note & chocolate for our wedding anniversary, overall, everything was perfect for us especially for our first time staying at a campsite.

I like that the front desk lady, not sure if she was named gilian but she was so courteous and warm that I knew it would be a good stay. I also love the accommodation that it was way more well equipped than what we expected for. Everything that we needed was there. The water pressure in the shower is so good. So happy to have found this motel.

The staff were so lovely and accommodating to my situation, would definitely go back and stay again! My daughter loved the location and facilities too, right across the road from the beach and next to dairy/shops etc. has a heated pool, playground, mini putt, bouncer pillow, and spacey games!

Great cabin / Villa. very tidy and well equiped. Staff were super friendly and helpfull. Good location with only a small walk to the beach.

The good swim beach was a bit down the road. The beach accros the park was great for fishing but not for swimming.

Very clean motel. Shops right next door, beach access across the road. Bummer weather was wet to try the pool, playground & activities room. Would definitely recommend. I know its only small but my fav was the table it had like a foot massager at the bottom 😅great after a long day shopping, the shower pressure was amazing. Staff was very welcoming. Me & my children hope to stay there again in the summer season.

Everything about Pacific Park was amazing from the staff right to the villas we stayed in, was just beautiful we had 1 family member in a wheelchair who was able to get around the villa nice an easy to shower and use the restroom which was awesome, something for our children to do from the playground, trampoline,game room, mini golf, to the spa they loved it, we had gr8 night sleeps the beds were a treat to come back to after a long day out and about. Having every utensil needed to cook our large family dinners etc. We cant wait to come back, have recommended to all our other family and friends. Thankyou for having us.

Our 2nd visit. My bad on making assumptions of motel vs villa Everything was there that we needed. Lots for the kids to do except for a typical 6 yearold boy who wants to go play at the crack of dawn and the big pillow was wet, so dangerous

The little cups hahahahahaha - not earth shattering. We went to the local op shop and bought a couple of mugs. They laughed and said we weren't the first to do that.
