Very clean, nice hotel. Friendly staff. Everything was in sparkling order, including workout room, pool, and full breakfast. Family and pet friendly, breakfast even had regular as well as pink flavored Waffles. Outside area designated for pet relief with poop bag dispenser and lidded trash. Door locks to the outside were all operational. I felt very safe, although the town seemed very friendly anyways. It wasn't tourist season yet, so we only really encountered locals, who were all very nice and helpful. But during spring break and summer, I'm sure they get quite a colorful mix of individuals come through. Very convenient to the beach which was only a short drive away. Many local restaurants next door, across the street and along the road. Dive shop where we rented equipment was literally across the street. They were also very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay at a friendly beach town.

I was surprised with a $10 parking fee. It would have been nice to know this when I was looking at rates for hotels in the area. Still worth it, though.

The only thing that could have been better was the coffee maker in the room was missing the piece that made the coffee and in the beginning the refrigerator in the room was not cold enough but other than that everything was great 😃

Everything was good. The room was clean and neat. We enjoyed the breakfast, and the host was very friendly. the pool was great and warm. I enjoyed the pool early morning before the crowd came.

We did not like the fact we had to pay $10.00 for parking. I HAVE NEVER PAID TO PARK AT A HOTEL I AM STAYING IN.

The staff was very pleasant and very accommodating. The breakfast was great . The place is updated and is very nice.

Our carpet was wet in an area and had an unpleasant smell. I had to pay for parking for 2 days, which since I stayed one night and checked out in the morning. I believe that policy should be changed.

Staff, breakfast, cleanliness

The add on fees $75 for my cat to stay, $10 to park in their parking lot, booking shows $104 for this hotel king size room pet friendly, came to $211, it appears the major hotels in Panama City Beach are price fixing with these additional fees

Customer service was excellent by the front desk, they checked with me many times to make sure everything was good. Also, the maintenance person was very professional, courteous and helpful l. Excellent staff all around !!

The cleaning staff and front desk were nice and courteous . Pleasant and enjoyable.

Food for breakfast, more options,hot grits would have been nice,more prepared selections ,less instant, overall the staff did a wonderful job.

Vacationing in Florida, we stayed at Tarpon Springs, Ft Myers and Panama City Beach.Your hotel by far was the Best we stayed at. We give it a 10 in every category. Thank you so much for having such a wonderful hotel.❤️
