The facilities were great, the room was huge with a nice view. The food was also good and waiters were fast despite how many people there were. Great place for kids as well. Spa was also quite nice.

Minor things mostly. I read people complain about the staff, but I found they were ok considering the hotel opened a few months ago. The hotel seemed short on parking. Also we did have some issues with the amenities in the room. Also the kids center seemed quite small considering how many families with kids are visiting.

Brand new, Many facilities, Spacious. Large assortment for breakfast and buffet dinner. Beautiful decor in the Spa / pool. Probably one of the best in Bulgaria

Tiles in the pool are slippy - so we had to be more careful with children. The builders made a bad /dangerous choice here. EV charging - The chargers are located in the Basement of the hotel - but it was not made clear in advance that you also have to pay 20 lv for using the inside parking. Free parking is only outside the building. The receptionist made a compromise and told me to take the car outside after charging to avoid the 20lv tax. Before booking I asked the hotel if all pool facilities were working. They said yes - however only one outside warm pool was working - the other 3 were probably waiting for summer to arrive. All these are relatively small points - the hotel is great and I will be going back

The complex is really good. Rooms are spacious, the food is great, and the spa has everything one can possibly need. The medical center offers a wide variety of procedures.

During the weekend, it becomes a crowdy there. One can hardly find a spot around the pool. The spa is full of noisy people who are not following the etiquette. Children running everywhere. Avoid during weekends and holiday periods. The time window for breakfast and dinner at the buffet are too short.

Spa and swimming pools were exceptional facilities. Very stylish and modern, Room very nice and spacious. Buffet breakfast amazing selection best ever seen worldwide. Dinner selection also good

Would have rated 5*+ but disappointed that like some other buffet style hotels the only 'hot' item of food were the boiled eggs - mushrooms, fried eggs, sausages and grilled tomato cool to slightly warm. Only disappointing aspect, everything else was brilliant. Could offer more variety of food in Aqua Vitslis bar at lunchtimr

Large and comfortable rooms, large spa zone, large swimming area, usable gum, lots of options of things to do in the hotel such as bars, game rooms and so on, good quality of the food.

There was no soap in the bathroom and non was supplied during our one night stay, we had to use the shampoo from the shower. The rules in the spa zone were not strictly observed by the staff - people were bringing their children, although it was forbidden.

Great luxury hotel. The spa and the pools are top notch, rooms are spacious, cleaning is daily. You get a Nespresso machine in your room together with few capsules. Amazing gym which works 24/7. Friendly staff.

- it shows that most people are new - they didn't know basic stuff (for example that lockers for personal belongings in the pool area exist) - the food is a bit hit or miss - it's either extremely tasty or just average (but overall it was good) - the prices for a bottle of water are extreme - 12 BGN for a liter. It was Aqua Pana, but still a cheaper option would be a nice thing to have. There is however free water in the sauna area. The rest of the prices are okay. - even though the hotel is brand new there is already some wear and tear

Big hotel wot a lot of activities. Big SPA and Medical Center. The food was delicious.

5 days no cleaning, new towels and our mini bar was empty after day 2.

The relax zone was excellent.

Poor staff training. Very slow service at restaurant. Тhe food was nothing special. The alacarte was excellent, but the block table was so so. A lot of massage rooms, but there is no staff to make it.

The location, the facilities and the staff were great! The food was very tasty for both breakfast and dinner. SPA is very nice. It is convenient for families with small kids

The hotel is understaffed. No one in the reception in the SPA. In the SPA the salty room was not working during our stay, as well as the hammam. We wanted the kids to spend some time in the salty room and this is why we chose the hotel. The staff did not know when would it be functioning again. No one cleaned our room for 3 days, not even took the garbage or changed towels. Once we asked for it the ladies from reception arranged clean towels right away, but they had no idea why no one cleaned our room yet. Animators for the kid's room work only on weekends. Its very small and there are no toys.

There wasn’t any opportunity for having a drink after 11 pm as the lobby bar was closed despite the number of people still there. The internet browser on TV in the room wasn’t set
