We originally stayed at this accommodation in 2018, and loved it so much that we stayed here again for this trip. Despite it being 5 years later, the accommodation was exactly as we remembered and had been maintained immaculately. I cannot recommend this place enough if you are visiting Chania. Location is absolutely perfect!!!!! located in old town, but on a quiet street which we always found parking on for our car. Inside is spacious, clean and decorated beautifully. Daily cleaning service provided and tea/coffee provided in the apartment which is a bonus! We would stay here again and again :)

It was a spacious and very clean room in a very good location.

There is no 24hour reception available which could be a problem if you need assistance with storing the luggage after the check out. There was no breakfast included which would be nice and there were no balconies so we couldn’t place the wet towels anywhere. For this price it would be nice to have a 24 hour service of reception. It’s should be listed as an Airbnb not a hotel.

Unique location and property in the old town, but quiet enough not to be disturbed by noise. Some quirky design features and furniture.

There was no air con so very warm at night. The room had no balcony, which was clearly stated in the description but in the photo it looked like there was seating outside the apartment for drinking coffee etc. In reality there were no facilities for sitting in the common areas but this would have been nice. We could not get the coffee machine to work properly so went without both mornings (instructions needed maybe?)

This hotel is set in an absolutely STUNNING location. Our room had dreamy balcony views across the port into the sea and of old town. Gorgeous sunrises and tranquil vibes. Helpful staff 10/10 experience.

The only thing was that we couldn't contact anyone to store our case in reception on our last day after we had checked out. A minor detail that really didn't detract from our experience - it was incredible from start to finish.

The location is located very close to the centre of the city. The balcony is directed towards the port so you can drink your coffee with a nice view. Also the location is part of an old monastery so you can get a feeling of the old architecture.

We got the room with the balcony and sea view and it was perfect. Bed and pillows comfy, the room was very nicely decorated. Staff was very attentive and available for any questions we had.

The apartment is spacious, with a bedroom and a living room with plenty of space. The hotel is conveniently located in the center and is walking distance to the town of Chania with all the shops and restaurants. The place is quiet and really comfortable. We even had a parking spot right outside the apartment.

it was not made clear in advance that this is an apartment type rental and an agreed time was required to get the key. No phone number was posted at the location and I had no phone with data to problem solve. Eventually we figured all of this out but it caused delays and unnecessary stress. Also it’s a renovated stone building. The room felt and smelled slightly damp but I got used to it. overall I would stay here again since very clean and location and nicely decorated and good bed.

A beautiful exquisite boutique hotel. Tastefully renovated with every attention to detail explored. Very comfortable and very clean , just perfect.

Nothing to dislike. It's a perfect place to stay.
