The room (#12 on 2nd floor) was wonderful, with a fully equipped mini-kitchen and a compact bathroom. There were lots of lighting options, as the room is dark due to all the street being very narrow, hence little sunlight. The bed was comfortable. The host was reachable via whatsup for setting up an arrival time. The owner Antonio was very pleasant and knowledgeable, he spoke a very good English. His Turkish employee, however, still needs to smooth some skills in interacting with guests.

The only issue was a noise from the street. It was not too bad, as there were no bars across, and the windows had good soundproofing. However, that meant the windows had to be closed all the time in the evening to have some rest, but no fresh air. Staying in old town doesn’t give much advantage, I assume there are options just outside the walls, if noise is an issue for someone.

Design and furnishing of the apartment is really fitting to Kotor - the apartment is absolutely beautiful, even better than the pictures suggest. Location was perfect and the windows were sound-proof, the check-in and check-out process was straightforward, the host and caretaker were accommodating and easy to contact.

The kitchenette was insufficiently equipped to make a simple breakfast - it had a stove but was missing a frying pan and did not have a cutting knife nor any utensils for food preparation. Some basics (salt, pepper, oil) would have also been nice. The shower in our room had an issue in the drain that caused water to flood the entire bathroom every time we used it.

The property was right in the heart of the old town so made it very easy to walk everywhere, including to the bus station or boat dock for any excursions outside of Kotor. The hosts Antonio and Mert were incredibly kind and helpful with messaging before my arrival, arranging transport from and to the airport, and letting me know they were on hand for anything else. Mert did my airport transfer and was amazing. The room itself was beautiful, the stone walls were reminiscent of a castle, the bed was comfortable, there was a little kitchen area, and even Netflix! Couldn't have hoped for a better place to stay, and for anyone thinking of visiting Kotor this would be my top recommendation :)

Staff was very professional & friendly. Antonio has been responsive quickly to all my queries & request (like airport transfer, free print out of our bus tickets & boarding passes) before, during & after our trip. Mert was very accomodating, he even drove us to the airport upon request. Location of the apartment was central, few steps to everything one must see or visit in Old Town Kotor. Easy to locate, very accessible. And near to most restaurants, cafes & tourist spots. Clean, spacious room, tiny size of toilet & bathroom & lack of lift due to being low-rise property were not an issue. Below the apartment was the Patisserie, perfect to have coffee!

Excellent location for exploring Old Town, also close to the water. The apartment living area was a good size, comfortable bed and everything you would need for a short stay. I was able to leave my luggage whilst waiting for my room to be ready. The Patisserie downstairs had an excellent selection of baked goods, and the service was excellent. There are also plenty of other food and drink options that are nearby.

The bathroom in my apartment was quite small, I am short and was only just able to comfortably sit on the toilet so I imagine it would be challenging for a taller person.

5 stars for our welcoming host, who made sure we arrived at the correct address (Kotor is a must-see city, but a complicated one at first :D) and kept our bags for a few hours after we left. The room is lovely, with very comfortable beds. The bathroom is small but efficient.

The apartment's location is great, but very close to a rather loud pub that will stop the music at 2am sharp on Saturdays (in the summer at least). If you're noise sensitive, you'll hear them even with the window shutters closed BUT earplugs should do the trick :)

Really cute room with everything you need! Antonio was incredibly kind and sorted airport transfers for us. I would definitely recommend this gem in the heart of the old town!

Quaint and charming property and the perfect location if you are looking to be in the middle of the old town. Everything is close, bars cafes restaurants and souvenir shops.

It got quite noisy with a small pub down stairs often hosting noisy revellers to midnight. We also were woken by street cleaners at 3.30am one day and staff setting up a nearby cafe at 5.00am on another day. In other words being right in the centre where sound echoes has some great and not-so-good sides that comes with it.

Immaculately clean, a superb location in the old town and a friendly host.

The bathroom in the apartment is tiny with very little room to manoeuvre.
