Members of staff were really friendly, courteous and professional, both at the Reception and Restaurant. The rooms were spacious, immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast was great and hotel was easily accessible by a short bus journey from Leeds or from the local train station.

The restaurant did not have a separate dining area from the bar. The dining area was not very comfortable. Although the Chef was very kind to be flexible, but the menu did not have a great choice (more like a bar menu with little international cuisines for a 4 star hotel), and on the weekend we were there, many items were missing from the menu.

Ideal to Garforth , staying here as met up with friends in the Miners arms . Staff helpful , parking great , room comfortable enough .

Unfortunately, I don’t like to put down any properties that I we’ve stayed at but on arrival, our first room we were given was damp and smelly….no problem because the staff were helpful and gave us another room…great went into Garforth had a good night , got back late crashed out , up not too early went to take a shower 🚿, only 🥶 cold water 💧…..Hey-Ho told reception who were very sorry and apologetic and said leave it with them ..we drove 3 1/2 hours back to Reading…and we never heard a dicky bird 🐦 since ….looks like we never will 😂…shocking service, from Hotel

Nice clean room with comfy bed and pillows. Breakfast was nice and what you would expect from a hotel like this. Staff were all really friendly and helpful.

A hotel of this size really should think about adding EV Charging facilities. The stairs were a difficulty for my elderly father-in-law, especially when carrying your belongings in and out. He is not wheelchair bound so the wheelchair lifts did not help his access sadly. There is no vending machine so past a certain time there is no way of getting any snacks

Location was excellent for what we wanted. Staff really friendly and helpful, everywhere was clean and bright. We had breakfast which was good. Room was all we needed, clean. We were able to get extra real milk and teabags and chocolate bars at 2:30 in morning, we couldn’t sleep.

We had to book to use the swimming pool which we were unaware of until we went to use the pool. Unfortunately the tv in our room wouldn’t work, we told staff on the Friday night, Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon Saturday night but it still didn’t work and we had no feedback. It didn’t spoil our stay but it could have for others.

Great location to where we needed to visit family.

First member of staff could not find booking for 2nd room no 66, then when found told me not paid. When told both rooms were already paid for she argued and I got an eye roll stating it will be sorted later as there was a long cue waiting to check in. On arrival at room we had no pillows so had to return to request them. Again got not a good vibe from same member of staff. On enquiring next morning re payment other staff member could not have been any nicer and told me she had sorted it all.

The manager, I booked the wrong date.....I booked two days earlier than I should have. The whole process should have been a lot simpler than it was , I had been on the go since 6 am that morning. I arrived at 8pm and finally checked in at 9pm .....my card showed the payment had processed it should have been a simple transfer of payments as they had availability yet everything was made so stressful and complicated. The manager came down and was wonderful but by that point I'd already been there 45 minutes and was in tears.

When I got to the room already upset, the room smelt of smoke or damp. There were dirty towels left by the previous guests of which I had to call down to get removed and clean brought up, the socket next to the bed didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone. If I hadn't already been so stressed and upset I'd ask to move rooms unstead I stayed and paid for one I wasn't happy in.

The staff were very helpful. The location was great as it was only a few minutes drive from the church, station and restaurant we went to. The room was comfortable but not spacious as we had the sofa bed pulled out but was fine for 1 night. It had a pool, sauna and steam room.

There were a series of short steps going down then a long corridor before we went up a flight of stairs and down another long corridor before we arrived at our room. It was a bit tricky with the luggage we had.

Clean, comfortable stay overnight due to bad weather conditions. I made a late booking and informed the hotel that I would only check in later that night. The staff were accommodating and helpful. The room was nice and quiet too.

I had just finished a 12 hour shift on my feet and was a little deflated about there not being a lift to the 2nd floor. There is an option to book a room which is more accessible which will accommodate those with mobility concerns.

The hotel was ideal for us - we were attending an event in Leeds City centre but we wanted to stay outside the city to avoid hen/stag/nightclub noise. Free parking, much cheaper than staying in the centre of Leeds. Short walk to Garforth High Street and train station (10min train into Leeds). Comfortable room, plenty of towels, pillows, fast delivery of ice to the room.

The hotel is low and long so rooms feel like they are a mile walk :) but it wouldn't put me off staying in the future.

The refurb had been carried out but obviously no body had checked the working function. 1. Could not get the tap to dispense cold water, Luke warm was the best is could achieve 2. TV had all the channel capabilities but nothing was connected to the satellite 3. Couldn’t get the heat system to warm the room, sleeping therefore was a bit chilly it’s being mid November.
