Very comfortable and very clean. The front desk staff was phenomenal. Our room was very quiet. That was the only thing that made the price worth it for our stay. Though pricey, the valet employees were very nice and quick with their work.

For the price we pay, we should at least have access to the roof top lounge area after 10pm. The incidental hold was not a flat rate, but charged per the day, which was kind of unexpected and was a huge hit to our vacation plans.

Beautiful hotel in a good location. Not too far to walk to the beach, 10-15 minutes and very close to the Lincoln Road Mall which was great. We liked the wine hour between 5-6pm. This isn't well publicised but I think all Kimpton hotels offer it, and it was very welcome.

We booked a harbour view room, and naturally I expected to see a few boats from the window, instead our view was of a storage facility. The room did face in the direction of the harbour but it could not been seen. This is misleading. However, the room was lovely and it had a lovely outdoor patio area that we made good use of. It would have been nice to see a few boats bobbing about on the water though.

Everything! This hotel lobby was clean and aesthetic. The reception was friendly and amazing, loved the welcome drink. The room was really nice and the bed was so comfortable. We celebrated my twins birthday and it was nice the hotel surprised them with a slice of cake. Also loved how big the balcony was and the comfortable seating. The rooftop pool was also a cool spot to hang out and soak up the sun. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The only thing i didn’t like was the view from the balcony, but it wasn’t a big deal not much they can do about buildings across the street.

From the moment we enter in the door the staff was so professional, kind and over accommodating. Once we got to our room a few minutes later a knock came on the door and there stood staff members with a tray of assorted cookies a bottle of champagne and a heartfelt note wishing me a happy birthday. They came in set it up, hugged me and again wished me a wonderful birthday and an enjoyable stay. I have been sharing with all that travel in my group to book their next reservation with Hotel Palomar. They will not be disappointed. Huge shout out to the wonderful staff who made our stay and eventful and heartfelt experience!! EXCELLENT, PHENOMENAL, EXCELLENT, BRAVO, HOORAY, KUDOS AND MANY MORE!!

Lack of complimentary water provision for guests. it’s a very small expense to provide complimentary water bottles per room per night. pls don’t cut corners for basic essentials

From check-in to checkout, the experience was great. They greeted us with a drink (Wine, Sangria, etc), the wait to be helped wasn't very long. The guy who helped us, Hussien, was very nice. He answered my questions & was professional. I was pleased. The location, we could've gotten a lil better view, but the room was still nice & quiet...the bathroom, the mattress, the balcony, all very nice. Overall, a great visit. I would definitely stay again & refer my friends & family.

The property was beautiful, very luxe and clean decor. Amenities included a gym, beautiful rooftop pool area and extras such as social hour each night in the reception area that had free unlimited wine. They also have a wellness program that entitles guests to free yoga and wellness sessions that were an added bonus. My friend and I also utilised this hotels offerings of “forgotten to pack” services, which allowed us to borrow a flat iron, and salon quality hair dryer just by calling reception. We also got a free shuttle service to Miami Beach.

The pool bar was barely operational during our stay and the menu offerings were extremely limited. The room was a little cramped with two queen beds, and the bathroom sliding door did not shut all the way.

The staff was very accommodating. We had arrived early after a red eye flight and the front desk receptionist did everything she could to make our room ready as soon as it was cleaned. The bed wa super comfortable and the pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. I wanted to steal them, ha ha.

There was nothing I found about which a reasonable person could find to complain. I will be returning next time I am in Miami. Even the parking valet was friendly and helpful with locating and directing our Uber.

My hotel room had a lot of outdated things. For example, the light kept flickering randomly. The remote control was not working. There was a smell of soreness in our room. The bathroom also did not have any type of ventilation. However, the staff did the best that they could to accommodate us with our concerns.

The staff was not the nicest to be honest and did not speak English very well. I asked them to charge 1 card for security deposit and another card for the actual stay (as I get points for the stay). They messed it up and charged the wrong card. They also said they will send me an email receipt afterwards and they did not. I also requested a late checkout (just 1h after the checkout time) and they said it will be 55$. While I understand that it's at a discretion of the hotel, but it was annoying that they didn't even try to accommodate me and just quoted me a price right away.
