Comfortable room for family. Only bathroom was small.

Emilio on the reception was disrespectful, deposit still not on my bank account, we checked out more than week ago. The floor was never cleaned in the room during 8 days.

I had a wonderful stay at Lincoln Arms Suites. The location is just perfect, only 5 minutes by walk from the beach. The area is super clean and quiet, while still in the center. The room was perfectly arranged, clean & comfortable, very well equipped and spacious. All the staff was very polite and our room was always clean and arranged. I was very nicely welcomed by Michell, who assumed that all is perfect for us and who helped us with all the possible questions during the stay. Always smiling, polite and ready to help, Michell was there when needed ❤️ I highly recommend this place ❤️

everything was same like on pictures. housekeeping checking on ur room every day, kitchen has absolutely everything u need. rooftop pieceful and sunny with so comfy sunbeds. beach towels always available on reception. reception stuff so helpful and friendly!!! Location absolutely the best!!! 5 minutes walk from beach, CVS and little grocery store, Lincoln road just around corner. Ten minutes walk from Ocean Drive, close enough to get there and far enough to sleep away from noise and craziness.

fresh and modern room with tons of space and great location. bed was extremely comfortable. Room was furnished and cleaned extremely well.

bad shower heads that are a cheap fix to make it a comfortable stay were an overlooked detail . AC was not adequate nor adjustable. room ran hot. I felt like there were so many efforts to make it nice that it was a shame to have small and inexpensive details overlooked that made more of a difference.

I live the spacious room and the kitchenette. I loved how quiet it was. Very clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly as well.

There isn’t any parking at all and having to walk to your hotel or even having to catch an Uber was a little in inconvenient. I also didn’t like that you can’t smoke at all on the property. But for people who don’t mind that aspect this hotel is perfect.

The room is very spacious! Felt like being in my own apartment! Felt very safe and comfortable! awesome location very close to everything! Will definitely stay here again!

Different smell in my room. But I think that’s just Miami. It smelt like that in other locations as well.

The staff was always friendly and prone to help

After 11 pm, the main door remained closed, so it was a surprise because I did not receive information about that during the checking.

The location to the beach, restaurants and shopping were ideal! The hotel staff was very helpful and responsive to my requests for printing and finding a great coffee!

Distant to parking deck. but we got used to it. It's good exercise. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom need repair.
