What l liked about the Hyatt is the breakfast was good and u had a variety of food also lm a advance pool player and the fact that l could shoot all day or night if that was plan for the day plus also the cleanness of the hotel the staff was friendly and polite would give u towels and face rags if u asked for them.

Honestly speaking nothing l mean my wife and l really enjoy staying there, not only that but my grandsons also love it there ass well so no complance yal r doing a excellent job and l pray that ownership and the staff well continue to do so....

The staff was accommodating with the temp in the room and helped me move down the hall to one that had a better temp gauge. I appreciated that kindness. The breakfast was decent and the overall stay was pretty good. It was easy location to access for the activities I needed to perform.

My only offer of doing better is the bedding needs improvement.The pillows really smelled un-fresh. They smelled like old dirty hair and I could not enjoy them because of the stench. I also had a tough time finding parking late in the evening after I returned from dinner.

Breakfast was good. They should stop using the syrup they use. It is watered down. Room service was responsive to our needs. Parking is free. The TV swerves to the couch area or sleeping area. The hotel had a pool that was well heated. It has a refrigerator and microwave.

The mattress in the let out couch is extremely uncomfortable. It should not be counted as an extra bed and they need to be removed. Room service should handle dishes. There were not enough towels in our room. There is one switch that controls the other lights. My kids kept pressing it and this turns the bathroom light off. Location was not as close to some of the venues/museums as I thought it was.

The bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. The pool was nice.

You can see where the dog was chewing on the bed. Stains on the curtains. Smell like dog in the hallway. Other than that I liked the hotel.

Everything was great! The place was clean, staff was friendly, they handle requests promptly and kindly, and the facility was wonderful. Great breakfast, the pool area was clean. The price was right. I LOVED having a full kitchen along with plates, utensils, pots, etc. That really helped keep our meal costs down along with the included breakfast. We also did our laundry on site so we'd come home with mostly clean laundry- either have quarters on hand, or ask for change at the desk. They even provide dish soap and dishwasher soap in the rooms. I was a bit concerned about it being 'outside' of the city, but it was easy to get back and forth to where we wanted to go (ha- as easy as Atlanta traffic is) and I found it to be a pretty central location for lots of destinations around town. There was construction outside our window down on the ground floor, but it never started until after 8 or 8:30, and it wasn't horrific. It ended at a reasonable time. We had a great stay, and wouldn't hesitate to suggest it to anyone headed to Atlanta.

Everything was great- zero complaints! :) The only thing I wish, was that the electric car chargers out front didn't have a $12.90 minimum for charging- but, it was helpful that they were there!

The size of the showers. The staff were exceptional. They were kind and courteous. The breakfast and the service were awesome. We didn’t use the pool or the gym but the spaces were very nice. The conference rooms were a nice size and the seats were comfortable. I really liked the hand sanitizer stations.

The lack of handrails in the bathroom. No hand-soap in the bathroom. No chair or bench in the showers. The bathrooms in the pool only accommodated one person at a time and there wasn’t anywhere to take an actual shower. It only had a rinse off. The sofa beds are comfortable but were extremely had to get off of even when in couch form. Only one elevator was working. The hallways are extremely dark. We also think that the pet fees are really excessive and unnecessary. $150 is way too much for a pet.

Abby was very helpful and made us feel like we were at home. She found me a conjoined room which made it easier to watch my kids and have my privacy. the breakfast bar was hot with great food front desk staff were really as well my kids also enjoyed the nice heated pool we shot some pool as well overall it was nice and we plan on coming back

the creepy hallway lol and the elevator time as far as far as going up down and opening it took a long time and the other elevator was not working but overall it was very nice and we will be back

The hotel has a good location, close to business centers in the Cobb area, especially Cumberland Boulevard, and very friendly and helpful staff. Parking is free compared to other hotels in the area. Cleanliness is what this hotel is all about.

Sometimes, due to the proximity to the highway, the sounds of fire trucks and police can be heard... I-75 is nearby. If you are a light sleeper, choose a room with a window on the opposite side.

Waffle breakfast was delicious. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Facilities looked great but there was a family reunion and they used the pool table the entire time, which was a bit disappointing as we did want to play a game of pool but certainly not the hotel's fault. We were able to bring our 2 dogs with just one pet fee, whereas the nearby hotels wanted to charge per pet. There was a large grassy area with a doggy bag dispenser and conveniently located receptacles which made it very easy to take the dogs out. Bathroom & shower were very nice, appeared recently updated. Plenty of shampoo/conditioner and body wash. Mini fridge was cold. Plenty of channels available.

Coffee at free breakfast was very badly burnt, had to get coffee on the road when we left (coffee makers in the room had stained filter baskets that probably should be replaced.) Pillows weren't very comfortable but I know that can come down to personal preference. There was a very strange noise/alarm sound late at night that sounded like it was coming through the speaker inside the unit. It went off once and then stopped.

The rooms are spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. I like that they have a kitchen in which you can order good food at night especially after a long day and you don't want to go out to eat. The breakfast choices are also good.

I don't have anything I don't like with the hotel. My husband and I always stay here while visiting the Atlanta Dogwood Art festival every year. The parking is free and on the premises, so we feel safe here.
