Well maintained, great location, great staff, spacious self-contained rooms with vast ocean views. Daily housekeeping. Easy parking onsite. Good shops in the hotel and near to excellent patisserie (L’Atelier Gourmand). Easy walk to Lemon Bay. Anse Vata beach is beautiful.

Slightly dated bathrooms, no fixed shower in ensuite

The King bed was very comfortable. 5 out of 5. The pull out couch bed which our daughter slept on was rather hard, may need an upgrade. The front reception staff were super friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and we loved the deck. The bathroom needs an upgrade. The bath over the shower was not a good set up as the water did not drain well whilst having a shower so you were standing in a pool of water. There was no fan and really the window which opened onto the corridor was not appropriate.

Great sized and mostly well appointed apartment with sea views from a surprisingly spacious balcony. AirCon in bedroom and living area, TV in both. Fully resourced kitchen means you don't have to rely on eating out all the time, especially considering the horrific prices in NC. Immediate access to Anse Vata & easy walk to Baie de Citrons, so lots of eateries/bars etc close by for when you want to empty your wallet. Good breakfasts and facilities with friendly helpful staff. Good shops all within easy walk including a couple of good minimarkets, with two good boulangerie/patisserie an easy stroll away. Bus stop right outside the Hilton if you want to go and explore on the great busses in Noumea - highly recommended with info systems to tell you where you are/what stops are coming next if you're not familiar with Noumea. You're no more than 2 bus rides from pretty well anywhere in Noumea. Hilton apartments are a competitive option that likely aren't as expensive as you think. An unexpected bonus - no mozzies when we were there!

Bathroom quite dated (felt like 70s/80s and needs a do-up) but functional. The rest of the apartment much better appointed, though not as flash as some of the newer Hiltons. Considering price though, a spacious apartment that is roomy and far better value than your normal hotel room.

The room was so spacious and the toilet was separate from the bathroom which is very convenient. There was also plenty of space to put things and to hang wet clothes to dry. The balcony was very big and had a great view of the garden and beach even from level 2. The kitchen had everything we could have wanted including a coffee machine, fridge and freezer. Great location with shops on the ground floor including a bakery and other restaurants. Everything else in walking distance - beaches, more shops and restaurants, grocery store, other bakeries. 24hr reception was great as our flight arrived late in the evening and it was 1:30am by the time we arrived at the hotel.

Excellent location on Anse Vata beach - walk to cafes/bars/restaurants and the aquarium. Also short walk to convenience store and bakery which sold vey tasty food. We had a spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets with large balcony overlooking pool area, park and Anse Vata beach - amazing views!!!!!!! Excellent service at the reception desk!! Also we had the pool to ourselves most of the time which was lovely!

Only downside was the cleaner/house keeper came in to our room to clean at 8.45am one morning while we were all still asleep in bed! I think they shouldn't come till at least 10am when people are most likely to be awake and out and about.

Great location, Anse Vata bay is a great area and its very easy to navigate to, plus Citrons bay around the point has some great eateries and within easy walking distance. Had a great family room with breakfast included and we slept well and started the day well, and ended it even better as we were blessed with some beautiful sunsets on the balcony. Will definitely stay if we're fortunate to be in Noumea again.

No bar on the premises, but L'Etrave was nearby and they were always open when I felt like a beer. The gym was a bit hard to find, and its easy to mistake the women only exercise areas by the pool as the Gym, would be nice to access a Gym in the pool area.

Whilst the hotel isn’t new, it was very well kept and did not feel tired. We had a nice 3 bedroom apartment on Level 6 which I suspect was recently refreshed. Furniture was nice and fresh. Very well appointed room. Immaculate presentation, clean and fresh. Quiet, air con was fine etc. All perfect really. Massive too. Breakfast was great, decent selection and generous. Location is probably the best in Noumea. Staff were friendly, professional, helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again (and we are discerning travellers).

Nothing - was great value for money.

This is an excellent, mid-range hotel right on the beautiful Anse Vata beach. We had a sensational view from the three-bedroom apartment. There are plenty of bars and cafes nearby on the Promenade Roger Laroque, and even more on the lovely swimming beach at La Baie des Citrons (15-20 minutes walk away.) The staff were friendly and very helpful - merci Gunter.

The room was tired and in need of a bit of a refresh. The kitchen-ware and utensils needs augmenting.

The staff were exceptional. Friendly and helpful, always happy to help by calling taxis, offering directions / advice and calling people on our behalf when we didn't speak French. Our room was large and had a great kitchen living balcony area which made our stay very comfortable.

Beds were pretty average in comfort. Twin share meant we ended up with two singles which wasn't great for adults, king singles would have been ideal. Lighting is awful! There's no centre light in either the bedroom or living. It meant relying on torches to see properly when needing to do stuff, look through bags etc in the evening or early morning. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and well stocked whenever we came down, be it early or late.

Excellent breakfast! I loved having a one bedroom apartment at The Hilton so I could also self-cater as food is often very expensive at cafes. It was very good VALUE for money and a short walk to the beach, i.e. just across the road! I almost booked again for next year! Will definitely love to come back for location and value for money. Staff were so amazing! They were very helpful even when my French was very basic! English speaking staff on site too.

The bathroom tiles seemed to be a bit yellow and some of the tiles seem a bit dated. But having a BATH in the apartment was awesome - rare to find in some hotels!
