The location was the best. It was a five minute walk to Main Street and 1/2 block to the gondola. We were not there during ski season and aren't skiers, but the location was great for that and town. Breakfast was continental and was fresh and delicious. Bill and Felicia go to the local bakery for pastries which were really yummy. They also provide water, drinks of many kinds and snacks to just take with you for hikes, etc. Bill was our manager during our stay and he was very responsive both before and during our visit.

We learned to keep the windows open a little at night because the room got too warm if we didn't.

Had to leave early so did not have breakfast. There were a great deal of amenities available and location was great but limited parking which was inconvenient. Staff member (Bill) was exceptional and offered great service by offering donuts to take with us on early departure. He also made restaurant resos.

An exceptional property in beautiful Telluride just a few steps from the centra of Telluride and steps from the gondola. Beautiful rooms, warm hospitality and superbly hosted.

Bill was an excellent host! He went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed.

The only thing I could think of was the pillows were too 'flat' for my liking. Other than that- the room was excellent!!

Our stay at the Dunton House was phenomenal. The location and the rooms are excellent, and the staff was wonderful. Beyond this, all the little details were just right. This felt like home away from home, and we will definitely be coming back.

This place is absolutely fantastic. Bill and Felicia were incredibly attentive. No detail was missed. Location too is unmatched. The place is half a block from the Gondola and close to all the best restaurants and bars.

Very welcoming entry. Warmly greeted by Bill, one of the innkeepers. After a tour of living room/lounge & kitchen, we were taken to our quarters! Beautiful spaces!!

Always ready on time and set out for us. Great variety for a continental=type breakfast.

Parking is a challenge, but not sure there is much anyone could do to remedy this.

The location is perfect! walking distance from great restaurants and just one block from the gondola and lift 8. everything was clean and planned for a perfect stay.

The location is ideal for doing virtually anything in Telluride. I would call Dunton “quiet luxury”. Service is excellent.

The area is a bit noisy in the morning — not great if you want to sleep.
