The entire hotel is clean and is updated. The front desk staff are helpful, pleasant and kind. The housekeeping staff are excellent. Even though they have a difficult job, they smile, and ask if help is needed. The rooms are very, very clean. The pharmacopia toiletries are an excellent amenity and they are full-sized, not tiny bottles. The towels are fluffy and always smell great! The beds are very comfortable and I always sleep very well. The provided coffee is probably the best that I have had in any hotel. It deserves four stars really.

My personal choice is always more light, a brighter light fixture, especially next to the beds. I always read before I sleep!

The property was lovely and everything that a hotel should be. This is a standard that a hotel should have at minimum. Excluding the wake up call I didn't get for breakfast & slight attitude regarding it. In general all the gentleman there are attractive and polite.

Overcharged. Naive, trusting without my glasses I had no idea that the price was greatly increased. For a disabled person on a budget fleeing the person who caused such violence & destruction I felt grossly taken advantage of and I'm done being abused by men in any capacity. The overcharges are causing $ financial strife especially as I now have to travel for a funeral. It would be nice to just trust one person one business one anything and know you're not going to get taken advantage of.

Room: Very large and clean. HUGE TV. No carpet which to me is the best thing. I hate carpet because of my allergies. Bed was perfect for both my husband and me. Breakfast: My husband and I are vegetarian, so we don't usually enjoy the breakfast at any hotel. Pool: We didn't visit the pool, but could see it out our window. Pretty large and very clean. Location: If you are going to the Orange County Fair like we did, this hotel is literally next store. I would suggest taking Uber to the fair simply because the parking lot at the fairgrounds is terrible to get out of after a concert.

I was very pleasantly surprised, the lobby was so nice, the room was nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. It asked about the view and I couldn't give it a smiling face because it was a dirt lot with weeds and broken down cars, but I didn't need a view, we just needed a nice bed and shower, which we got :)

I can't really think of anything I didn't like, I don't think the hot tub was working, but the pool was heated so we used that. I really enjoyed the nice lobby, I liked that there was convenient stairs in the lobby to the second floor where we stayed and they had a really nice community area at the top of the stairs that was really nice for visiting, reading, eating a brought in meal... We didn't make it in time for the breakfast, so I can't comment on that.

We liked everything. VERY clean, friendly helpful staff, lovely pool, breakfast, plenty of free parking, spacious rooms, excellent value. Really nice window coverings, not drapes. Lovely lobby with an interesting public room above it where you could sit & read or wait for someone. Terrific coffee "machine" in the lobby which had several different coffee choices. There were snacks available there too, for purchase. 10+ stars. We had 3 rooms & were all very impressed.

Ice machines only on !st & 3rd floors, we were on the 2nd floor. Our coffee machine already had water in it but we didn't know that, so after adding a cup of water, we ended up with coffee all over the desk it was on. There were 2 bottles of water provided next to the machine, which we were for coffee... anyway, we made a mess, but we cleaned it up & went downstairs to the lobby where there is a really nice coffee machine that brews several different coffees. Problem solved,

My room on the back side of the biuilding was extremely quiet, given the hotel's locaiton next to a busy street and highway. The bed and cover were large and very comfortable. There was enough parking space and the garage was a bonus. Very convenient location for driving to UCI campus (or CM fairgrounds) as well as visiting the beaches.

Breakfast could offer a better selection of foods (e.g. ham, cheese and fruit) and the cooked stuff (eggs, sausages) should be warmer. There is no longer an espresso machine in the breakfast area (just precooked coffee) - but you can make one for free in the reception lobby and bring it with you.

This hotel is very well situated along route 55. The room is spacious, clean, well ventilated and well sound proof. The beds are comfortable with lots of pillows and clean sheets. The bath room is also spacious and there’s an ante bathroom countertop with a second wash basin which is a nice addition to have. The bathroom is furnished with plenty of small bottles of shampoos, hair conditioners, body lotions, body wash and hand soap from good brand name,not like the other comparable hotels which furnish the bathroom with big distributor bottles of no named shampoo and body wash. There’re indoor and outdoor free parking which is a plus. Breakfast is simple, not many choices but good .

The paint colour, the rug and the decoration of the room are of old style and dull ( all in beige and brown colour) which gives out the impression of neglect at the first glimpse.

The staff at your hotel were very nice. Very respectful. The Front Desk Lobby associate was nice. I explained to him that my daughter was attending her orientation for college at UCI. I booked a room for the night but wasn’t able to check in til 3pm. I didn’t have anywhere else’s to go after they told us parents we couldn’t be with our kids at the university and I didn’t have anywhere else to go being new to the area, I arrived around 1030am and asked the front desk associate if I could stay in the lobby til check in time. He was very nice and allowed me to stay and suggested a place of privacy on the 2nd floor. While I was waiting, he approached me 2 hours later stating he can get me into a room that was recently cleaned. I checked in at 1230pm. I will be returning to your hotel at the end of august when my daughter goes to college.

I loved that you had all the things you needed. As a big family it was great to have breakfast included in the mornings and then hot the beaches or places to go during the day. Hotel had a laundry room and it was very helpful coming from the beach with wet towels and swimsuits to have them washed and dried! Loved the underground parking for convenience that has an elevator taking you up to the room.

The breakfast room could you a little more cleanliness on the furniture. Food was good and it was great to have that in the mornings :)

The hotel is a step up from others nearby with inside corridors, free covered parking, a decent pool and hot tub and free breakfast. The rooms are large, the AC worked well even though the temperature controller had burned out LEDs so it didn't show the actual temperature setting. Wifi was free and worked well. The new Lavazza coffee machines are a great addition to the breakfast serving cappuccino and lattes.

We miss the eggs with feta for breakfast. It's one of the reasons we stay at this hotel, and my family knows the hotel as "Feta Eggs." The hotel is now serving Chorizo Eggs for breakfast, and it's not the same. The hotel seems a little down trodden and/or understaffed. We had to ask for towels for the pool. We had no shampoo in our room upon check-in. The Lavazza coffee machine broke in the breakfast room on our second day, and the one in the lobby didn't work at all. If some of these minor issues were fixed, it could be a really great hotel. As is, it's just good.
