I loved my stay at Cani Beach House. The customer service was excellent. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was fantastic and more than I expected, it had a full kitchen (not that I used it) and a really nice bathtub. It also had a smart TV which was nice when it was raining one nice. For breakfast you could order one food and one drink item in advance and have it either delivered to your room, to.the lobby or have it on the 4th floor looking at the ocean.

The only minor downside was that it wasn't located on My Khe beach like I thought. It was directly across the road from a quieter beach which was nice for swimming and relaxing but at night I drove 6 - 8 mins on my scooter to the more lively areas

The surrounding area is peaceful and quiet, and right across the street, you’ll find what might be the best massage spot in Da Nang. As a picky traveler, I can confidently say that Cani Beach House exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommended — this is not just a hotel, but truly a home by the sea!

Beautiful location. The staff were exceptional.

The photos on Booking.com did not match the room I initially booked. I wanted a sea view but got a room with no view and no natural light. The staff moved me to a nicer room on my second night.

Lovely apartment with nice furnishings and designed with comfort in mind! Lovely rooftop pool and communal outside area on the 4th floor with views of the sea. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Rebecca the receptionist who speaks very good English which is a big plus! There are only 9 apartments in the whole building and it has a lift which is very convenient. Downstairs reception area is nicely decorated with lovely koi fish in water areas. We liked the fact that it was not a sterile hotel but a nice family run small establishment.

There was a very noisy restaurant just opposite but hopefully it was just a random party the first night we stayed. The bathroom could benefit from an extractor fan.

We loved our stay here, one of our favourite features was the Koi pond in reception. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel itself is very well decorated and clean. Our room was a good size and comfortable and clean upon our arrival. It is also only a short trip across the road to the beach. The area has many restaurants around and if you combine a walk along the beach to dinner there is plenty of options around. Grab is also available in the area. We could easily pick up tours from this hotel also.

I had a really nice time at Cani Beach, I felt like home ! The apartment was spacious, with everything you need, with a balcony and very clean. The staff was amazing, very helpful, and kind! Everything you need is around (mart, pharmacy, restaurant) and is 2 min walk from the beach. I wasn't lucky with the weather but on a sunny days you can also enjoy the rooftop pool with a sea view and nice sunset, or just go to the beach. I really recommend this place ! If I come back in Da Nang I know where I will go :)

First of all, the staff was incredibly warm, kind, and helpful-- ESPECIALLY Thao! She made our stay there extra enjoyable and seeing her every time we came and went was so lovely. Right across from an uncrowded beach where the locals go. The location was awesome for us because it was away from the hustle and bustle of the packed touristy beaches. The pool on the top floor was great for when we didn't want to be on the beach. Would stay here again!

Great little place very close to the beach and promenade, but not right at the club strip, which can easily be reached by foot. Rooms were huge and well equipped, could have even cooked own meals there (kitchen). Staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Fong, who went out of his way to organise bicycles and scooters, and and even chased after us to make sure we found the right place to fuel up the scooters. Would definitely come again!

There was a bit of a mix-up about the room, we had one booked with balcony towards the beach, but it had technical issues, so we were given an enormous room/ apartment, also with balcony, but with only a slither of seaview. In the end it all worked out and we enjoyed our stay.

The staff were so kind - just amazing. I was very sick almost as soon as I got there and the staff were just brilliant with getting medication and food for me. I really can't over state how friendly and wonderful they were with such a sick guest lol. Although the location is a little off the main area they provide free bicycles which I thought was a lovely idea. The traffic is pretty calm and roads are flat so easy to ride.

Cozy spacious and well-designed rooms with all the necessary facilities. The staff were ready to help and very nice. The hotel provides free bicycles I used a lot to ride around the city. Thanh was especially helpful, providing me with an extra cup and a raincoat — thank you so much, Thanh!

The gate to the hotel is locked at night. I understand that it's done for security reasons, but it takes away some convenience and privacy because you need to wake up the manager on duty if you come home late.
