Breakfast was bad. Maybe do away with buffet and offer set meals instead aircon is inconsistent in cooling. Air filter in toilet was noisy

So much to like about this Hotel, staff were amazing, so helpful and friendly always smiling..room fresh bright comfortable bed and pillows, magnificent views of ocean. So many choices for breakfast both Asian and western, must say one of the best in my travels. Sky Bar, stunning views and lovely infinity pool, along with bar food selections and cocktails. Location across from beach and walking distance to small mini mart and restaurants. Thank you to all the staff and management for making my stay that I want to return..highly recommended this place value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with views over the ocean. The restaurant food was delicious, and breakfast was included in our stay. The restaurant manager Duong was a wonderful host, she was super friendly, helpful and always smiling. She organised tasty vegetarian options for breakfast and lunch for me and made us feel like valued guests at the hotel. The front reception and door staff were fantastic and also very friendly, smiling and happy to help us with information and transport. The hotel is across the road from the beach, and easy to get to the main attractions in Da Nang, like Lady Buddha Statue, Marble Mountain, and Night Markets. This was one of the best places we stayed during our trip to Vietnam. Would highly recommend and hope o come back here soon.

Lovely roof top pool and bar, great view. Rooms clean and tidy close walk across road to beach, not the nicest beach area though.

Thank you for upgrade my room as I am a repeat guest that was very touch my heart. I will take my friends back for sure. The breakfast was very tasty and varieties. The view of room was amazing!

Not thing! Only a little bit thing with a boy at egg station that I order Pho (Noodle) but he cooked me sunny side up egg and I explian to him that I order noodle soup not egg then he was shake his head to me. I think that a little bit disappointed to me about his reaction and make me never back to egg station again. But it's ok! Please do not getting wrong with me, I just want to share not about to compliant.

The hotel is nice and the staff is fantastic. The ladies at breakfast were super nice and they paid attention to everything we would comment to make our experience even better :) The room was spacious, clean and with lovely floor-to-roof windows. The location is on the quiet side but still good coffee options around the corner and many mini marts close by.

The food at the restaurant was quite oily and not the best price to quality option. The "fitness center" needs some work, there is only 1 treadmill, 1 old bike and 5 weight options on dumbells. The space is very tiny and not very clean.

1) All the staff have smiles when they meet with the guests. They are more than ready to make the customers happy. (Actually I have stayed 3 preceding nights in a 5-star hotel just 200~300m away, but there, it seems to me the customer satisfaction was NOT their priority.) Among all the friendly staff of Mangata Beachfront Hotel, Ms. Joy kindly helped me book transportation to Hue; she is efficient, attentive to every detail, in a word, a real professional in hospitality business. While my Japanese cell phone was not working here, and while the Vietnamese booking pages on PC (though translated) were hard to use, I would have been at a loss all alone either at the train station or in a bus terminal (they are not in the same place) with heavy luggage. Thank you very much again, Ms. Joy and all the other friendly staff. 2) To my fellow Japanese tourists; book a seaview room by all means. 3) Rooms with bathtub are also available. 4) Infinity pool (though small) on the rooftop is nice.

The hotel is located on the quite side of the beach, with restaurants and bars near by but not that close to be annoyed by the music. Also, since it's 3 km from the centre, it's not that noisy and busy. Our room had the beach view which was nice as we were working for some of the days so it was calming to look at the sea. Our room was spacious with a large bed and we received a complementary plate of fruits as a welcome. The internet was good enough to work for a full of 8 hours. The roof top bar had a very nice view. The staff was super kind, very helpful, catered for our every need. Even when I asked late at night to arrange a car for the next day, early in the morning, they managed to accommodate that.

The breakfast had mainly local options and limited 'western' ones. The restaurant was open all day long (until 22:00) which was convinient (especially in the days that due to work there was no time to go out) but the food could definetely be improved.

Very nice and modern hotel. We were able to check in a bit earlier. The communication with the front desk and reservation department has been very friendly and efficient. We had a minor issue which got solved instantly with the assistance of the accommodating and. professional General Manager. Wait- and housekeeping staff are hard working and friendly too. They just need to improve their English skills a bit but that's also minor. The room is spacious, nice amenities and a great Ocean View as described online. One of the nicest rooms we ever slept in. Internet TV great to watch Netflix. Internet signal available all over the hotel. It is fast and never drops. The location directly at the beach and the view are a big plus. To go around with a scooter or grab is easy. We will recommend our friends to stay in Mangata Hotel when they visit Danang.

No shower curtain at the bath tub. Needed some extra bath floor matts which got delivered promptly. Clear bathroom window- should be tinted from outside. No problem for us though- great view when you do that business.
