Perfect location - equidistant from beach/town/train station in a very nice and quiet district. We had a king suite with a huge outside terrace, which added huge value to our stay. On our budget we had the choice of this room at a somewhat less fancier hotel, or a lesser room at a fancier place. Our decision definitely worked out well for us travelling with kids

Perfect location for walking to Old Town and downs town shops and restaurants.

Extremely rude employee at the reception desk. We asked for blanket since our suite’s pull out sofa did not have one. The employee who we assume was a manager insisted there was one and said she will show us. She was so argumentative over a blanket in stating the hotel didn’t have anymore. Really? A hotel with no more blankets? After this insane back and forth, a very nice gentleman went and brought a freshly wrapped blanket to us. This was a spirited exchange over a blanket request. Each time we saw this manager she would exchange obvious looks with her coworkers in our direction. It was so disappointing to see the unprofessional approach in handling an issue. The other hotel staff were so professional and polite.

Excellent location and reasonable priced for all the amenities included. Very close walk to the beach, the train station and shops. The Suite room on the 9th floor was very comfortable, with a private terrace to see the city and the beach. The bed was a King bed and on the adjacent open room a sofa cama for my children. The main bathroom had a big bathtub and the room had a separate toilet that the kids could use. There was a Lavazza machine that I used every afternoon. I opted to have the breakfast at the hotel which had a variety of options from a la carte eggs, cakes, hot and cold drinks, fruit, bakes, fresh French bread, ect. The associates working at the front desk where always very friendly. On the last day, I left my luggage on hold at the reception and was not charged. I recommend this hotel and will stay here again when I visit Nice.

I use a stick, and as there was no slip mat provided in the bath I could not risk standing in a slippery bath for a shower or sitting in the bath. When I asked for a mat, the reply was not at all satisfactory. We have never been asked for one, was the answer. Well, it is about time you provided them for any one who is disabled in any way and does not want to risk falling, and your hotel being sued. The stopper in the sink also did not close properly.

The hotel was one of the best Ive visited. People on reception were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room had a huge bed, beautiful view and, most importantly, a bath. I enjoyed my stay very much, and would recommend it to anyone. Location is also great, right next to tram station. A big mall is in 5 min walking distance, lots of restaurants and other hotels nearby. Definately visit Oscar restaurant, around 7 min walk, that was the best one in the neighborhood.

I dont know why, but its a weird trend nowadays to not put a toilet brush in the bathroom... Also, breakfast could be improved. Right now there is not even a single vegetable, come on, its not that expensive or difficult...

Bad coffee at breakfast buffet counter :( Uncomfortable pillows. I have no idea why Holiday Inn Nice so much different from others Holiday Inn?? No disposable slippers. No bottle mineral waters. No one answer my call when I called to reception. Request laundry sheet was filled by previous customer and placed nicely in the wardrobe!

The staff were very friendly, check-in and out was so easy. I really loved that they allowed us to check-in at 11am as the rooms were ready, without any hesitation. Location was brilliant. Easily accessible to local transport, less than a 10 min walk to Promenade des Anglais and 5 mins to great restaurants.

The bathrooms really need a revamp, they are so tired and worn. Clean but looked grubby due to broken tiles etc… Also didn’t like the way the shampoo and shower gel were attached to the wall. I soaked all the towels and bathroom floor trying to stretch to them. Not many healthy options available at breakfast if you didn’t like yoghurt and muesli or tepid scrambled eggs. Staff not very helpful at breakfast.

Lovely welcome from hotel staff I was upgraded to a lovely room, it was clean, had tea and coffee, comfy beds and air-conditioning, English TV for the teenager. Bathroom was a tad tired but the bath helped. Breakfast was great. A few hot options, good juice and various cold options. This hotel is in a fab location on a classy street less than 10 mins to the promenade, a few mins from a tram stop to/from the airport and the main shopping street 10/15 mins to the old town.

We were 3 persons, took the suit. Very big room with two toilets and big bathroom. For us it was good value for money comparing to other options in the area. Great view of the city from the balcony. Nice breakfast

The dining room for breakfast is a little bit small, we happened to come and there was a group, so it was hard to find a table. In the suit's bathroom there us jacuzzi but the cord of the showerhead is too short, so you need either to bend or sit while washing your head :)

Perfectly located for our 4-day trip to Nice. A few yards from Tram stop to/from the airport, and walking distance to train station, buses, beach and shops. Friendly and helpful staff, in particular the lady on Reception when we checked-in. A good breakfast.

Room allocated on check-in (on Executive Floor!) was dark and poorly lit, but was then transferred to a much better room with bigger bathroom and view over the front.
