The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The room was clean and blackout blinds were great!

Our room was streetside and it was very loud. I also disagree with having to pay to park on site when we are staying there. One of the front desk staff told us to go across the street for coffee and we found out later that there was coffee on site.

Love the motorized blackout blinds. Also LOVE the balcony. Accessible 24 /7. Most comfy bed and pillows of sny hotel I ever stayed at.

Vivían is the manager she's kind. Her older sister is rude, i never saw her crack a smile. She either neede therapy, months of customer service training, or a job where she does not have to work directly with people.

loved the location!! so close to anything you want for walk of fame/Santa monica all within Uber distance - central enough location so not lots spent to get where we needed to go. clean rooms, air con was TOP and never caused issues. kindest bar lady (blonde hair) that couldn’t have been more helpful in telling us where to go/what to do! she was a delight to see in the evenings

our keys stopped working one day so we went back downstairs to get new keys, when we left that day I took the wrong set instead of the new set out. when we came back that night and we realised we went downstairs to get new keys again and we’re met with a very annoyed receptionist who told us if we forgot again she would charge us? tainted the whole stay if I’m being honest. otherwise the hotel and the rest of the staff were amazing.

Great hotel with good location and great price/value ratio. 100USD security deposit upon arrival on credit card which you get back when everything is ok though. The area feels pretty safe and there‘s a couple of bars, restaurants and grocery stores in the area. No breakfast available as far as we saw, small fridge in the room which does not get very cold though. Coffee & tea supplies in room. AC in the room is great but very loud. Great shower & amenities (shower gel, hair shampoo, conditioner, liquid hand soap & hand & body lotion). Sink outside of bathroom, toilet & shower in enclosed area.

Nicely renovated place, though very thin walls & very loud from the outside street even with the window closed. The roof deck is unfortunately still closed as well as the bar. You can go up there though! In general bring earplugs if you‘re a light sleeper because the noise from the hallway is also pretty loud.

We had really pleasant stay in total. Easy check in and check out. When checking in, the receptionist agreed to print a very important document for me without any hesitation and already during the check in. That was fantastic. The room was mostly clean and had a well working fridge. We felt comfortable. It is convenient that the shower and the toilet are separated from the washbasin. The washbasin was in the main room which was ok for a couple. In total a very nice stay for the price.

There where a few drawbacks though they did not distributed us substantially. 1. It was striking that the walls had some deep scratches and some fatty fingerprints on them. 3. I found two pieces of artificial eyelashes on the floor. 3. there was a brown stain on the drapes. And one my bed cover. However the one on the bed cover was of the kind that would stay even after several times in the laundry. That's why I was fine with it. The hotel did not offer any breakfast but did not advertise it either so we could prepare for that as well.

The hotel was well positioned to explore Hollywood. It had everything we needed for our 2 night stay. We particularly loved the shower and it was nice to be able to get coffee and iced water whenever we needed to.There are everal places to eat nearby and a supermarket too. Staff were so helpful, they helped us sort out some travel issues and booked us a taxi when we left.

I suppose sometimes it's nice to be able to get meals/ snacks at a hotel but, as already said, there were plenty of places nearby to eat so it was ok

Perhaps the room could be a bit more inviting e.g lighter colours and a comfortable chair. The bathroom door was very noisy!

The staff were… amazing. All of them. Especially the day-time receptionist, she was incredible. great location. comfortable bed.

The floor can seem a bit dusty and you should add some snacks available 24/7 😊

It was located close to the event we were in town to attend. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice Shower! Loved the blackout electric shades! Loved the robe! Housekeeping was very kind and helpful. Walking distance to a variety of things, just be sure to walk west!

The front desk assistant when we arrived apparently doesn’t like her job. She was rather rude and not at all helpful. Seemed like she was being inconvenienced by my checking in. Other staff was very friendly. Being on the ground floor, especially after receiving a confirmation email that we would be on the 2nd floor. Rooms are a little small, maybe designed more for 1 person. The homeless population to the east of the hotel.

This is a cool little hotel that is a bit funky. The beds were soft (good if you like that). The location has quite a few fast food places nearby as well as a great supermarket. If you are doing either of the double-decker tourist buses, there is a stop across the road outside the Guitar Shop.

For us the beds were too soft but do like a firm bed - it was still comfortable enough bed for us to sleep in though.
