Good location to visit an concert at the Hollywood bowl. Short ways to the bowl, Hollywood blv and sunset blv. Fitts for short time visits. Friendly.

It was very close to the destination for our trip. Bed was comfortable. Room was spacious. Was able to park inside structure. Had an elevator.

The heater didn’t work in the room and blew cool air automatically but front desk was not aware when we told them at checkout. The shower was very open probably because it was for handicap and water got all over the floor. The housekeeping pushed a large cart on the metal walkway at 5 am and woke us up (very loud). The restaurant off the lobby had a low variety of food and drinks. We had to walk down the street to eat elsewhere.

Requested a clean of the room on day 4 of stay- not done but had observed staff cleaning many rooms on this day. Reported this in on routine hotel call and was told would look into it but no response. Reception staff very unhelpful on check out when requested use of toilet before leaving the hotel - was simply told ‘no public restroom’ after we had literally been guests for a week. Hilton hotel immediately next door allowed access to their toilet facilities upon request. Very bad reflection on BW.

The location is unbeatable, is just a short walk to the walk of fame and a super convenient drive to major LA attractions. The room was huge and pristine clean, it felt fresh and super comfortable, parking was super easy.

Me and my family don’t have a problem with the noise outside, but it is a pretty busy and noisy street. For such a basic and standard hotel, I feel breakfast should be included.

Great locations next to the Hollywood bowl and the a 5 minute walk to the walk of frame, Runyon canyon also within walking distance. Hotel is really clean the cleaners are constantly cleaning, friendly welcome parking onsite. Big comfortable rooms with all the amenities onsite including a pool.

The hotel is perfect for a concert in the hollywood bowl, its walking distance like 8 mins. So it was just what we needed, check in was fast, parking was fast too, the prices is $20, which is perfect as other hotels charge the triple. The room was okay for our one night stay, the facilities are clean it even has a pool. Would definitely stay again if I have a concert at the bowl again. Really worth it.

Location is excellent, nestled in the Hollywood Hills yet very close to freeway and within easy 1/2 mile walking distance of Hollywood Bowl, the Ford Theatre, and various Hollywood Blvd shopping and dining venues. There is convenient on-site self parking. Room was nicer than I remembered from our previous stays here 4 to 8 years ago. I noticed guests enjoying the pool.

Items in their vending machines didn't appeal to me.

Lovely clean rooms in an excellent location. Perfect for Hollywood Boulevard with Hard Rock Cafe, Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre, Dolby Theatre & Hollywood Bowl all within walking distance. The area is a safe as it gets for Hollywood - the odd homeless person knocking about but they are hard to avoid in LA. Warner Bros, Universal Studios & the Sunset Strip are all only a 15 dollar Uber trip away. I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay in Hollywood.

The ONLY downside is that N Highland Ave outside the hotel is a VERY busy road & quite noisy even at night. The hotel is soundproofed as best as can be but the road is a major route to the Hollywood Freeway & the San Fernando Valley so sirens & horns can sometimes disturb an otherwise peaceful nights sleep!

Close to Hollywood blvd. parking is extra charge for a night. Checkin was great. Nice service from the front desk. Room is very clean. Free coffe and tea. 7-11 is not far.

It was noisy at night. I could hear the cars and traffic at night. It’s a motel more than a hotel. Also I notice in America it’s not like oversea, there are no free water or sandales to walk in the room since there’s no carpet and the floor is cold. I guess it’s different in America.

Room interior layout uses the space nicely. Lots of amenities like a keurig, microwave, iron w/board, blow dryer, timer for bathroom light, ambient night lighting. Definitely going to rebook if I'm in the area!

The elevator is a bit glitchy. Kept taking us to the 3rd floor from the 1st when we pressed 2nd floor button. Didn't notice where the stairs were until I have plenty of downtime form waiting on the elevator. Surprise $20 parking fee with parking fee tax of $4. I know parking in LA is bad, but this would have been nice to know when I was originally booking.
