The location of the Hotel was really great - right next to it is the Mariahilferstraße which is a very famous street that you must explore. The receptionists were lovely. One of them gave us ideas of where to visit as well as recommendations for some nice restaurants nearby. We were really surprised by her friendliness. The cleaning lady was also very nice to us.

The only thing I could say I didn't like that much was the fact that we weren't given any slippers to wear inside our room/bathroom. Also, the door didn't close unless you locked it. And it would've been nicer if the iron was in our room and we didn't have to go downstairs to use it.

I was pleasantly surprised by the large room and the bathtub in the bathroom. I loved taking a bath after a long day of walk. Thank you, The hotel was also very centrally located, near Maria Hilfer Strasse and the Museum district. I loved being so close by foot.

The breakfast was a disappointment. First of all, personnel was always there, adjusting or adding something that obviously did not need to be. They ran out of scrambled eggs before 9 am for breakfast that is advertised until 10 am. No wonder nobody wanted the considerable amount of breakfast sausages left over in the heated container. Very meager selection of bread and juices, as well. It was not worth the price ad compared to on other 3-star hotel I stayed in during my stay, it was definitely below expectations.

Fantastic location to explore old Vienna on foot with everything very much on the level and within 10-20 minutes walking distance. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with en-suite and free toiletries. Self-service breakfast had everything you could want and more with tables cleared regularly and food topped up. Staff were polite and professional, friendly and helpful throughout. There are some great restaurants literally at the bottom of the street: Cafe Sperl (traditional Viennese); Nayeb (Persian); and Sangsang (Korean). I would also recommend Cafe Eskeles in the city centre for lunch.

Well, breakfast was ok, nothing special, but for me it was all i needed. Location, about 10 minutes pleasant walking from Karlsplatz (opera), that means 15 minutes from St. Stephen. And about 5 minutes from museum quarter and 10 from Hofburg Palace. Area was safe and quit, with a super market near.

Maybe there could be just a few cakes at breakfast, like some cake pieces or biscuits. Of course there is ham and cheese etc, but some of us just can't eat these things early at the morning. But ok, it was not a big trouble for me. Coffee machine was nice.

Exquisite location just off Mariahilferstrasse. A solid room to sleep in for the night. Helpful, patient staff who responded to a request in the middle of the evening without missing a beat. Excellent stay all around.

This wasn't a problem for me, but there are a few rooms that have a shared bathroom in the hallway. Remarkably, there were no issues accessing it throughout my 10-day stay. Additionally, the building is a little old and thus not really air-conditioned, which means it gets somewhat airless in the summer, but this is not unmanageable even if you do have to run the fan overnight sometimes.

Perfect location near museum quarter and all other downtown sightseeing places. There is no parking available, you have to use public parking or to find a place on the street (you have to pay anyway). Very kind staff. They also helped us with adding our granddaughter to the room.

Very poor wifi in the room (mostly no internet connection). I got a ticket for parking in front of the hotel despite the staff in reception told us no problem. The street was noisy (room with street view) as there is ongoing construction work around the hotel.

This is an excellent choice for people seeking a safe, clean, comfy room in a convenient location. It was much nicer than I expected, and the staff are welcoming and kind. The room was immaculate and breakfast was generous and of good quality.

The window looks out onto a courtyard where employees sometimes smoke under the window, and the odours from the garbage cans can faintly be detected. But this is a really minor complaint and more than outweighed by the huge bathtub, excellent breakfast, attentive staff and surprisingly fabulous location on a quiet street just a few minute's walk from cafe's and landmarks.

Situated on a quiet street but just in 3 min by foot from the shopping street and in 15 min from historic city center, in 2 min from Cafe Sperl, where one movie was filmed. Room was very clean. All employees on reception were very friendly, polite and helpful.

Internet in the room was slow, which became an issue for our teenager daughter 😁. On my taste pillows were too soft, but it‘s a matter of taste

Near at the Center of Vienna, this hotel is perfect to visit the City. The room and the bathroom was little but comfy, perfect for sleeping and relax while visiting. We had included the breakfast: more salty than sweet but it didn't was a problem. The position is the main feature: 10 minutes from everything. The metro is just 5 minutes by foot and some museum at 10 or in some cases 15 / 20. I think that i will recommend it to someone who would like to visit this splendid city.

Just some more sweet food for the breakfast, like some slices of cake or some croissants. This doesnt change my rate of the hotel.

The room was very clean. The WiFi worked well and was available in the room itself. I had hot water whenever I wanted to take a shower. This is more than I expected at this price point.

The shower head was a bit loose which inconvenienced me during showering as I had to readjust on occasion. Sounds from the hallway are pretty audible, though I personally didn't have any issues as my floor was very quiet.
