We rented a scooter from a nearby place (30 mins) which was delivered to the hotel and after that transportation was convenient. The biggest highlight of the bubble is the private pool. The bed is kept inside a literal plastic bubble which is not really that much spacious so you don't want to go inside it except when you want to sleep. You can clearly smoke here, not sure why the website says that smoking is not allowed. One thing which is not mentioned anywhere is that you are not allowed to take big luggage inside the luggage, they have safe storage to keep your extra luggage and they provide additional carry bags. The location is around 2-3 kms from the main city area, not that far if you have a car or bike. Reception is available 24/7 and they bring everything to your bubble. If you are planning to stay here then 1 day will seem too less as check-in starts at 3 pm. Overall, the place is very peaceful and beautiful, and if you are staying here then don't go out too much or you won't get the value for money.
The location is a little bit on the edge of the city, not really uncomfortable but when we reached there it seemed at first a little difficult for car parking and it was really downhill. If your bubble doesn't have a pool then there's not much to do except just have a large open area with lots of greenery. The view from the bubble are only jungle and trees, you don't get to see anything apart from that. Food is decent but the problem is that it's a walk of 2-3 minutes from the reception/kitchen to any bubble, and that too in the open so food usually gets cold by the time it reaches the bubble. Anything you order there, the final cost will be the menu price + 22% tax which might seem expensive to a lot of people.

This exceptional villa is located with an outstanding view of the jungle. Couple this with the amazing staff, who made our stay comfortable, memorable and luxurious due to their hard work and service, we could not recommend this beautiful bubble anymore. We had the candle lit dinner with lanterns which was stunning. The property is quiet and secluded and the outdoor bath was amazing. We loved watching the monkeys swing from tree to tree! Thank you again to the wonderful staff for making our trip one to remember.
There could be a bigger offer for food selection for dinner but this is a minor comment and should not deter anyone from visiting.

We loved everything about the property. The bubble was amazing. We stayed in bubble 4 with pool. The bubble itself is lovely. Not much room to walk around but adequate. The bed was very comfortable and the bubble was nice and clean. A small bar fridge with items to purchase inside. The bathroom is outside the bubble and in a lovely setting. Insect spray is provided in case of ants etc but we didn’t really see many insects around. The pool is lovely. Overlooks the rice fields/greenery and is spectacular. Staff are amazing. Very friendly and accommodating. Everything is brought to your bubble so there is no need to go anywhere. Communication is done through WhatsApp and staff answer immediately. Food was tasty and portion sizes great. Breakfast was lovely and filled us up. I really cannot fault the hotel. So unique and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay which was for 2 nights (I think that is enough time as you literally just relax as ubud is approx 30 mins away)
Nothing not to like. The only suggestion I would make is to have a small side table/shelf beside the bed somehow.. just for ppl who wear glasses or want to place a cup etc while sitting or laying in bed. The bed is high and therefore I had to drop my glasses on floor when I went to sleep.. saying this, I had a great time and this would NOT put me off staying here again.

The bubble hotel Ubud was a really cool and unique experience. We loved being able to see the stars at night and the Mandela design for the spa was awesome. The breakfast was OK simple but beautifully presented. Staff was super attentive and responsive on whatsapp. Nice and quiet. Very picturesque.
For a couple of hours there wasn't any hot water, but the staff fixed it ASAP- so that was good. I couldn't connect to the WiFi. The location is pretty far away. You really need a scooter to get around. Maybe a bit expensive for what you get.

Bubble hotel is located remotely in a village as expected allowing complete privacy giving just the right combination of luxury, nature, and modern conveniences. Fully private compound with open air Balinese toilet, gazebo, deck chairs, swing, hammock and open air bathtub. It has everything a couple can dream of. The sky would be full of stars weather permitting, unfortunately for us the sky was cloudy at night. It is great for one night.
Other than enjoying your little compound and small bubble, there is nothing to do on premises. Accordingly, you need to have a busy schedule to fill your day. Your own personal transport is a must. BTW, it is next to a cemetery so it may be uncomfortable mentally for some.

We loved the bubbles!! We went there for our Honeymoon and would say, it was the best decision ever that we made! It was just amazing. Brilliant view of nature, big garden around the bubble, amazing swimming pool and breakfast amidst the pool!! We were there for 4 days, and I fell in love with the bubbles! The food was also amazing. We had the breakfast as well as dinner menus and they all tasted delicious. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly!!
Location is really far from city centre, and you need to travel to city centre for everything. But, its still worth it!!

This stay was definitely an experience. You have a small property all to yourself, making it perfect for enjoying privacy and togetherness in the middle of the jungle. Showering and bathing here was a unique event. The view was breathtaking, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Ideal for a short stay, as it is quite remote.
The food could be better. We didn’t particularly enjoy either the breakfast or the dinner. It’s also rather noisy in the bubble, as it constantly needs to be inflated with air.

It is an incredible experience to stay in the Bubble! The place is wonderful, the staff are very nice, and the pool, to sleep under the stars, and have a bonfire makes it truly magical! One night is enough as well to fully experience it since it is a bit isolated!
It is overpriced, not the room itself, but they overcharge (and a LOT!) for anything extra you would like to add. Dinner, bonfire, petals, or drinks are very overpriced. And you likely will want to add some of these extras since there is not a restaurant walking distance and to fully experience it. Every other hotel in Bali did a minimal decoration for our Honeymoon, but here they were asking for a significant extra fee to do that.

My girlfriend and I at first were so worried about our decision of staying in Bubble Ubud for 2 nights as the reviews were not so good in general. However, our stay was exceptional and we felt like it would be great if we can let others know what they should expect before staying. It is, technically, not a hotel but more like a fancy glamping site - meaning it’s a luxurious version of camping. You will stay in the wild out of nowhere - the Internet is not so fast, food choice is limited, and there are not too many facilities nearby other than the bubble itself, the swing, the net, and the pool offered in the room. SO if you wish to give it a try, make sure you do have camping experience beforehand and you love the mother nature. My girlfriend and I had so much fun, chilling at the pool, lying down in the net doing nothing, appreciating the sunset and the jungle ambience. We also walked to the rice field nearby. The staff was nice, especially Angga who helped us a lot with a passion!
it’s a bit distant from the city centre but yet you can still find some nice local cafes and warungs nearby. Do expect there will be some insects as you will be staying in the wild. Some may complain about the lack of facilities and the need of making requests and orders 24 hours before the stay but we should bear in mind that as the site is far from the city, lots of preparation is needed in advance and hence, it makes sense that you can only enjoy the natural ambience if not planning ahead before the stay. But hey, isn’t it what we look for?

This place is very interesting - when dark, if you turn off the lights, it will feel like you are sleeping in a bed outside, the plastic bubble becomes invisible. It is indeed quite romantic. You can (and should) come to see the sunset over the jungle before 6pm, and if the skies are clear, you can see the stars. Unfortunately for us, we missed the sunset and the skies were cloudy, so we didn't get the main "nature" experiences at this hotel. The bubble itself looks cool and unusual both during the day and night, so you can definitely get some cool pics. The lighting in the dark outside is beautiful and highlights the bubble in the best ways. There is a swing on-site for some more pics. Overall, the area of the bubble feels well designed and decorated. The in-room breakfast was tasty and the portions were bigger than we expected.
The bugs.... huge bugs.... they will eat you alive at night. Make sure to use a lot of bug spray or stay inside after dark. The location is also pretty remote, even with a car. Although it looks close to Ubud on maps, it is a solid 30-40 min ride through tiny village roads. The entrance road to the hotel was also a mess, but I don't know if they were just reconstructing it. Some bubbles are/feel quite old with very squeaky doors that are sometimes hard to close.
