We loved absolutely everything about this place! The food, our room, the terraces, the swimming pool, simply everything! It was beautiful! It gave such a healing atmosphere, with its calmness and the closeness with nature. You can rent a bike from them, and visit many places from here. And also one thing, that maybe we loved the most; the staff! They were always helpful in everything. And they were always smiling and kind! It was the best part of it, when we got back from our daily adventure, and they were greeting us every time with a love filled soul. We felt there that we had finally come home. ❤️

The pool area and facilities were well-maintained and clean, providing a relaxing environment for guests to unwind. The villa is situated conveniently outside of town, in the countryside, offering a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud. I was impressed by the attentiveness and good service provided by the staff throughout my stay. They were always ready to assist and ensure my comfort. Although the spa area was undergoing upgrades during my stay, I appreciated that the massage therapists were still available to provide in-room treatments. The massage itself was excellent and added to the overall relaxation experience.

I booked a villa and was assigned to the Suredayu villa. While the room itself was decent, I found it lacking in cleanliness, earning it a modest 6 out of 10 rating. Regarding breakfast, while it was passable, I found that there were better options available outside the resort. The villa offered a great view, but the open-roofed bathroom design made me anxious about the possibility of reptiles entering, which detracted from my overall enjoyment. Additionally, I was taken aback when the payment went through, and the staff informed me that there would be no refund. This seemed like a red flag, as it raised questions about transparency and customer service.

The view is amazing, the pool is clean, the room is big, clean and neat, the foods are delicious. They have billiard also, me and my husband keeps playing with it while waiting for our food. Staffs are amazing as well, very nice, very approachable, always smiling and making sure we are enjoying our stay in their accomodation. They have motorbike rental and can ask for laundry service. Their wifi is good also. Very peaceful place. Place is cold also. Definitely will recommend this place.

No hot shower water on our 2nd night and last day before we checked out in the accomodation, we thought maybe there's a timing or something or maybe runs out of hot water?. I also requested something to put words in our bed to surprise my husband, but they forgot it, tho it is ok as it doesn't have an additional payment.

Great location lovely scenery over the rice fields. Very quiet away from main hussle of Ubud. Staff very accommodating & the breakfast & food was excellent.. nice pool . Very clean & comfortable room . Nice black out curtains. Perfect place 10/10.

The picture on the Main Booking.com Is not what you get these are Villas on the front. So Cost more money if Availability. I booked a room with a view. & balcony & terrace . When got room it was downstairs & a wall was our view I stated that the room had a view. & the Staff happy to move me upstairs to better view .

Alam Kawi is really awesome! It deserves 11 :). The personell is really helpful. We hired a local driver (that works for Alam Kawi) for 1-day private tours and the driver was excellent and we spent a very beautifull time together. The restaurant serves a great choice of European and Indonesian foods. Alam Kawi is placed amoung the rise fields, the nature around is magnificant. There is also a nice pool to cool down. Thank you very much indeed.

If you want a place to rest and relax around Ubud look no further. The hotel is exceptional for the cost. Room is beautiful and super clean. Food is delicious, pool is good and the staff is outstanding. We had an amazing experience in there.

We did not mind because we knew about it already, but the hotel is a bit isolated. So not close to any center. It’s a 20 min scooter drive to the nearest center.

I love the location of the resort even though it's a bit out of ubud City Centre. You can always take a bike drive around the countryside, which we did. If I ever be back bali again, it will be my choice of stay again. BTW the staff are super friendly.

Condition of the room itself. It really needs a new face-lift. Especially the toilet area.

Easy to find location. Halal food can be requested. They use separate cooking utensils to serve halal food. The staff is nice. The pool is facing the paddy field. Room is big, toilet is spacious, bed is comfy; not too hard and not too soft. There are coffee and tea, water kettle, tv, fridge, shampoo, shower gel, comb, ear cotton, shower cap, toothbrushes. They take card and cash for payment.

Amazing service, loveliest team of young ladies that are always smiling and helpful. The pool and rice paddy view from it is incredible, especially at sunset, very romantic. Bathtub was lovely. Scooter hire to get around was easy, took about 35mins to scoot to Ubud with traffic. I loved being in the middle of working rice fields and farms away from crowds and all the tourists, it’s such a cool area in that aspect where you see locals working and kids walking to and from school through the rice field. We loved our stay! Best local Warung (Ajix) was only 450m away - you have to try it! Awesome family owned Warung with really cheap Indonesian food and cheap Arak by the glass, make sure you try Ajix at least once!

Food is limited, mainly Western options, hardly any vegetarian, but the girls do their best to make you happy with what the kitchen has.

the other rooms had no view we came as a family but thr rooms were far away from each other breakfast not included very dark at night, there was limited censored lights but not really sufficient specially on the staircase bed was quite hard for our liking
