The bathroom amenities were exceptional, particularly the high-quality shower head. The hotel's location provided both comfort and convenience. The staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating. The price / quality relationship was excellent, offering great value for money.

Regrettably, essential toiletries such as shower gel and toothbrush were not provided. Additionally, the absence of cups (specifically for enjoying Turkish tea) and napkins was noted. Furthermore, the lack of scales, which are significant for many tourists, was disappointing. The breakfast offered was lacking in variety.

This is our second stay here, the reception staff did not acknowledge this until later on. Clean rooms and comfortable beds which were perfect after a long day of walking. The location is good for shopping, walking distance to Cevahir mall and there is a nearby hairdresser that does one of the best express wash and blow dry. Taxi's do not like going to the hotel as it is a narrow one way street. Luckily we figured out our bearings and were able to walk or take public transport. Breakfast is basic. We would stay again.

Nothing to eat close by, everything is at least 10 minutes walking distance and its not easy to find a taxi outside the hotel.

The rooms were very spacious and had great lighting. The location was good if you want to stay in nisantasi. The reception staff were quite attentive.

We asked for cutlery and extra cups. The hotel said they don’t provide that and need to buy disposable ones from outside. We were a large family and booked many rooms and stayed for a week. That was a small thing that I wasn’t happy about. The lobby can be improved and the lady that services breakfast was not very friendly and made the guests feel very uncomfortable.

we loved our stay in the wisteria boutique hotel. Everything was perfekt the comfy modern rooms had everything we needed. I had surgery in Istanbul, so I was not an easy guest. Thanks to the hotel staff I did not suffer . They took very good care of us and also all their guest. I noticed and loved the hospitality from Hasan and Zeki Bey. I was so extra and had so many extra wishes still they were always kind and helpful. The hotel is an very nice area of Istanbul. So you are not in the usual touristic stress and tight spots. Hasan Bey always helped us with inside tips for our stay. So again a big thank you for their hospitality.

I had to lie if I said I did not like something. Maybe I wish the owner would appreciate his great Team and Staff.

Nice location, 5-7min from Osmanbey station, a lot of cool cafes and restaurants nearby, grocery store is also over the corner. Breakfast is good, though a limited variety of food. Good rooms.

Area for breakfast is small, so you might end up with a table for 1.5 people. Cleaning is ad-hoc, it happens only if you ask to clean the room :) but when you ask they mop the floor which is such a rare case in the hotels

amazing staff, great breakfast, rooms are spacious, quiet, the area is great too! many shops all around, super well located !

maybe the fact that if you come for surgery tourism they will ask any visitors (friends, nurses etc.) to prove their identity but it is understandable :)

Everything you expect from a 4-star hotel. The room and bathroom are clean. The AC works very nicely to protect you from Istanbul heat. The shower is really amazing one of the best I ever tried. They offer spa and massage services which I tried they are really expert people and professionals.

The only thing that I could think of is the fridge which doesn't cool things enough, other than that everything is good.

it was clean

we paid more, the breakfast initially was not included but then they included it. early check in was not available, in the first day they did not clean the room. had to request them to clean the room. the parking was supposed to be free, but we had to pay. even though, the parking was available for the last day.
