The room was perfect, especially the balcony. Bathroom is spacious and clean. Location is perfect for the town center and the train station 3 minutes walk. Didn't use breakfast.

The location is great especially if you're going without a car rental. It is within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, bars and the casino. Staff was friendly. The hotel gave us a discount (through booking.com) as it was low season and on top of it when we requested a parking spot, they offered one for 8 euros per night instead of 15 which was highly appreciated of course. 24 Hr check in and a 24 Hr small market facing it which is otherwise almost impossible to find in the area.

It's more oriented toward a budget stay so make sure to know your aim before booking. The hotel is relatively modern yet some of the facilities still seem of older times.

Good breakfast. Very good location (5 min away from the train station and also from the sea). As a result, excellent starting point to visit local POIs, but also Antibe (30min by foot) or Nice (30 min train) or Monaco (1h train). Good room, with a big terace and a second balcony. Like-new furniture in the bedroom. Working facilities. Working and fast heating system. Cleaning every day! Parking inside the inner yard, however limited. If coming with car, definetely book it!

Location and balcony. The bed linen was comfy and the size of the bathroom was good. There is an ample wardrobe. There are a few great cafes for breakfast - i would recommend those rather than paying to eat breakfast in the hotel.

Not much room to walk around the room, the room doesn't feel overly small but there isn't much floor space. Stingy welcome tray . If you are sensitive around others smoking be warned as the smell travels through air con or balcony patio doors.

The receptionist Hoda and Haja were very helpful and kind, they did their utmost to help us with the bags and facilitate our stay at the hotel, the proximity to everything was very good especially very close to the beach and the restaurants where you can easily walk to. the train station is 100 meters away fro the hotel and the private parking was so convenient but please book ahead for your spot because it is limited to 10 cars.

Was here years back so wanted to revisit. Location was excellent and staff very helpful. Room had all we needed.

Well last time we were there we were upgraded and had a lovely room with a terrace so our experience was better then. However I guess you get what you pay for usually.

Due to fact that we were there on Christmas & without advance booking travelling with an idea to catch warm weather, this BW was one of the top options available with quite a nice price, parking and location. Walking distance to the beach with promenade, small stores and cafeterias nearby. Nice place

Great location - a couple of minutes walk from railway station and beach and lively bars and restaurants but very quiet overnight. Nice balcony and good aircon. Small fridge in room also very handy. Reception staff welcoming and friendly.

Extractor fan in bathroom didn’t work, so it got very steamed up when having a shower. Also no mains socket on one side of the bed, which meant could not charge 2 phones within easy reach of the bed overnight.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The best aspect about the hotel was its location - it's a few hundred meters away from the beach, the main restaurants and the train station, it's incredibly convenient for day tripping to other nearby cities. We read other reviews which said that the hotel staff were rude and impolite. Our experience was quite the opposite - the reception staff politely and warmly greeted us every single time we entered the hotel, no exceptions. The cleaning team were also very polite and nice. I'd never been to a hotel before where the staff are that lovely, it definitely added to our holiday.

The only downside to the hotel was the limited breakfast options. Warm food options were scarce - there were a few sausages, scrambled eggs and ham. In terms of the rest of the breakfast options, there were pastries (not fresh), bread (dry!), yoghurt, jams, cheese, cake, boiled eggs, cereal, fruits (bears, apples, watermelon, kiwi), nutella, butter, orange and apple juice, coffee/hot chocolate.
