The hotel was lovely and full of character, had a comfortable homely feel and was stylish and clean. The location was in the perfect part of Juan Les Pins. We could see the sea from our Juliette Balcony. We had breakfast on the terrace, everyday. Enjoyed meeting Dobby the cat too. Marianne will look after you and answer you questions and give advice on the areas to visit.

A very cozy and incredible comfortable little homestay ! The owner is so nice, she made us feel like home throughout the entire stay. Location is excellent, literally 5 min walk to everything, including the train station and the beach. Many good restaurants nearby. If you feel fancy, hop on a train and ride 10 min to Cannes, or walk 25 min to the old town. Other than that, no need to walk much as the beach is right in front of the hotel. The cleaning is very high standard, breakfast is delicious and fresh. We will stay here again if we decide to return to Juan les Pins next year.

The only little downside is that there is no elevator , however the hotel ladies were kind enough to bring our suitcase upstairs.

The hotel was wonderful and exceeded all expectations. It is a beautiful historical building with a two minute walk from the beach and the train station. Although the hotel is located in the town centre, it was very quiet in the evenings. Our room was lovely with very tall ceilings, a queen-sized bed, AC, fridge and even automated shutters that were very useful at night and when the weather turned a bit stormy. The breakfast was not included in the price of the room, but it was also great. There were fresh croissants, pastries, yoghurts, juices, teas and coffees. I would like to say a special thank you to Johanne, who took care of us during our stay, was very welcoming, and accommodated our request of checking out the evening before our last day because of our 8am flights. Special mention goes to Dobby, the hotel cat, who was absolutely adorable!

This is a delightful place to stay. The hotel has a 1930s elegance and is very tastefully decorated. My room was airy, peaceful and full of light, with a high ceiling and a lovely view. The hotel is run by a fantastic team who make every effort to make you comfortable. The buffet breakfast is exceptional and served in lovely surroundings - there is a terrace. The attention to detail throughout is impressive. I loved it!

Lovely welcome from lovely Joanne, who is daily at reception to help answer all you question. She is also full of good ideas about where to visit, and restaurants to eat in. Other staff are very friendly, and keep the hotel spotless, & yet welcoming, and pretty. Hotel Eden La Baigneuse is just a few steps from the sandy beach! Beach towels , beach mats & beach umbrellas are supplied by the hotel on request. The sea water just looks beautiful- crystal clear! The room was very nice with a comfortable bed, and spotlessly clean, Serviced daily with a bed sheet change after 3 nights, and towel change daily. Most importantly the air con works so well that we only left it on for a while and turned it off before sleeping as the room was icy cold! we really needed it too as the weather in October was up to 29 degrees and only fell to about 22/23 degrees at night. We stayed on the first floor in a Cozy Room. Breakfast was the best continental breakfast ever, inside in a nice room or outside, in the beautiful courtyard. Lovely bread, cereal, croissants, cakes, ham & cheese, good orange juice, tea, coffee, hot chocolate, choice of jams & Nutella. I know I am leaving lots out because there was so much choice, I cannot list everything. Boiled eggs were available also. Daily French newspaper & magazines were also supplied. Breakfast was from about 8.00am to 11.00, and was not rushed as was all self service. Another plus was the presence of a Security Guard all night. Juan les Pins is very quiet, but nice to know the Security Man is there to greet you late at night. 5 minutes walk from the train, that we caught from Nice Airport (1 change at Nice St Agustin), a few minutes by train from both Antibes and Cannes. we walked to Antibes every day. Lots of restaurants a short walk, just a few minutes, from the hotel.

Very helpful and pleasant staff, especially live-in hotel manager who kindly helped me after I had a medical emergency. Rooms have gorgeous ,direct ,full views of the sea. The hotel is a 30-60 second walk to the beach and its wonderful beachclubs/restaurants.Bed was comfortable .Everything in the hotel worked well. Electronic shutters block out sun so can sleep in complete darkness,if desired.Double-paned windows block any traffic noises. Good wifi signal. For such a small hotel ( about 20 +/- rooms, apparently) the breakfast had a good selection, including healthy options. Bus stops to Eden Roc and Antibes are 30 seconds away.

As others have noted ,there's no elevator-but the spiral staircase up is manageable.

The owner and her staff were exceptional. Joanna (name) knew that I was taking the train to Villefranche Sur Mer. Her cleaning crew found my tablet/computer on the desk. I had packed and thought that I had it. Well, she had the gentleman run to the station and give it to me. I was astounded, he had run up the stairs and found me just as the train doors were getting ready to close. I quickly pulled out the 20 euros and gave it to him and a big hug. The policeman standing there told them to hold on. This same gentleman grabbed my suitcase and lifted it onto the SNCF Train. Needless to say, the Stars were aligned. I had spoken to Jean or Joann before I left to tell her that I would return next year. It is 6 minutes from the train station and less than five minutes from many restaurants, beaches, and trains to all the other cities. She renovated when she purchased it two years ago. I believe that will have for permits for the entrance facade.

I was surprised initially by the entrance.

Good for a short stay, this family hotel proposes clean cosy rooms. ☕ Breakfast at 10 eur had all I needed, on the back terrace in the shade. 🏖️ Sun umbrellas and beach mats lend is free of charge (great for public beach). Windows provide good isolation even if it's on sunny side, overlooking the sea, it's not hot inside and aircon works well. 💟 Attentive service and kind attitude of all hotel staff is really what makes the stay pleasant. 🛏️ I stayed in two room categories: 1st floor one was a bit bigger, better decorated and with a more comfortable bed than the small room on 4th floor. Very small showers. And there is not really much space to dry swimsuits, towels.. 💻 I could work in the small eating area, it was pleasant. 🚗 This central area in Juan les Pins is very difficult for parking! And local drivers are not attentive, be careful. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Thank you for the welcome!

Nice place. A personal, relaxed, quiet hotel. Great atmosphere and a great host. Location couldn't be better. 3 min. walk to beach, 5 min walk to restaurants, 4 min. walk from train station. 35 min. to the airport by train. We really loved this place and our stay. We can highly recommend this. AC and room temperature was flawless. This is usually a problem for hotels. Not this one.

Some might say the beds are a bit hards. Maybe they are but we didn't mind. WiFi is not the most stable so we primarily used roaming. Could be a problem if you really depended on flawless WiFi.

This place exceeded our expectations. Johanne was an excellent hostess and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was beautifully decorated and organized well to fit all of our things. The bed was very comfortable and the shower had hot water. There was a desk and chairs in the room. There is also a beautiful shared terrace where breakfast is served. Breakfast was perfect with lots of options to choose from. There was great attention to detail in this hotel. The view from our sea view room was stunning and worth the extra cost. The location was a 5-minute walk from the train station, 2 minute walk to the ocean, and there are many delicious restaurants on the same block- we loved Ti Toques for dinner and gourmet karam if you need a late night bite to eat. The location was quiet at night and we didn't hear noises from neighbors in the room.
