Location extremely central for Maleny Music Festival. All very comfortable and clean and newly appointed. Quiet, despite being next to main road in and out of Maleny, so slept well. Pippa ensured I was able to check in a bit early due to my needs.

Nothing that I didn't like really. Except to say I felt a little bombarded by all the 'check-in' reminders/confirmations/messages in the week before my stay. They all said the same thing but I felt I had to check all, as I was concerned something might have changed or new info imparted. Maybe don't need such regular confirmations? However check-in experience was effortless and felt very welcomed by messages from, and talking to Pippa. Will stay again when in Maleny.

The property has been nicely renovated, making good use of the space so it is functional and provided everything we needed. It had extra touches that make a difference - extra hooks in the bathroom, an airfryer, even an oven mitt! Off street parking was welcome. We made use of the shared laundry and the staff were incredibly helpful, ensuring our stay was a really positive experience.

Access from the road to the guesthouse car park is a little tricky in busy traffic, until you are familiar with it. The location is on the lower side of a busy road however the room we were in was below street level and we weren’t disturbed by noise.

We had a 4 night stay in the Tallowood unit. Large open space unit. The bathroom had a large shower area with great shower head and lovely hot water all the time. Our bed was very comfy and was a queen size. The lounge was a 2 and a half seater. The kitchen had a refrigerator, microwave and portable twin magnetic hot plate. Coffee machine with frother and 4 coffee pods. This unit is well equipped for long stays as well as overnight. There is a small shared lounge with TV for guests plus a laundry with washer and dryer. Outside is a small garden area with a table and chairs. Our parking was designated to one side of the carport. 5 minute walk to the main street of Maleney. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Kyla the manager also greeted us on arrival and gave us a bottle of wine. Also very quiet at night and couldn't hear anyone from the other units.

There is a house above the units and unfortunately the family staying had a child who ran throughout the house which was slightly annoying due to the noise he made but we couldn't hear anyone talking. But he ran out of steam eventually. Bring eye masks with you as the blinds don't block the sunlight out fully. We like darkness so a mask was a must.

A great experience - we really couldn't have asked for more. We had the Tamarind room, which was clean, well-equipped (including small kitchenette with air fryer and microwave), fitted out nicely. The location is perfect - just a few minutes walk from the main street of Maleny. On-site parking included. A couple of days before we arrived, we got sent a link to a very useful website they had created all about the property, local attractions, recommendations, etc. Phone reception was poor (but we were warned about that, and it's not great in Maleny in general), but WiFi worked very well.

Peter the host was excellent, greeted us and showed us around the property. We had The Residence which was excellent 4 great sized rooms, kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one was an ensuite in main bedroom) huge living room with a fire place. The location was superb walking distance to main street with cafes shops woolies and the pub. We were there for a wedding which was close by so again great location.

Very clean. Really close to centre of town and everything. Kitchenette handy. Generally very comfortable inside. Useful dossier of local walks and things to do. Thank you :)

Location is a bit noisy, being close to main road. No views from room, only of carpark. The room has a door opening onto a common use lounge and kitchen area, which bled sound from that when the other guests were using it, which luckily wasnt much.

The accommodation was extremely clean, very comfortable and no more than 5 minutes walking to the town center. Easy access and check-in, covered parking was available... Absolutely nothing to complain about.

The accomodation was very nice, but the town not so much. It was very hard to find a place to eat during the day. Not sire if due to the recent past Easter holidays, but everything was crowded and since there was no many option, we had to wait 10-15min to sit somewhere and another 30min to eat. Also, there were days our entrance would be denied in a restaurant that was empty, but couldn't take many customers because they were short staff. At night was even worse. No restaurants were open, but the town's hotel. The food wasn't bad, but you won't have more than steak, pasta or pizza at night.

It was a cosy little room with the general amenities you need. Very clean and comfy

For what it was it was amazing, and great value. It’s an older style property, so the floor boards creaked (we were in the ground floor) and unfortunately there was someone who was very active upstairs that night. But it was a massive issue. Still loved our stay

Kyla (manager) was so helpful and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed to make my stay memorable for the right reasons. The studio apartment was modern, fresh and clean, with a lovely garden setting.

Booking.com did not give full or clear details about my booking, and they were evasive when I tried to speak with them. So different from what I experienced with Kyla.

We’re pretty pleased with what we booked considering we booked for new years weekend pretty last minute. We stayed in the Ribbonwood room and it was very clean and tidy and the mini fridge meant we could keep some snacks and drinks in the room which was great. I liked that the bathroom seemed nice and modern with a decent sized shower. Normal full sized shampoo and body wash was provided which I liked because it’s more sustainable than the single use minis that are usually in hotels.

The phone service in the area isn’t great but the wifi also wasn’t great for both myself and my partner (for both iPhone and Android). The wifi would drop connection constantly on our phones, this might not be the case if you’re in the top floor or closer to wherever the router is in the building. Also the walls are quite thin which meant we could hear other guests and children quite loudly/clearly from time to time. It made us a bit anxious that our conversations were also being heard (I understand this is because it’s a house and not a purpose built apartment building or resort). Thought I would mention these things incase that’s a deal breaker for some people.
