Nice cozy quiet little hill village stay is what we planned and everything was as expected. The Cherry Tree house is as pretty as the name. We felt like home during this one week in our apartment room. Easy 5min walk to a Coop supermarket we got groceries and snacks for the stay when we like to cook something warm for the brunch in addition to the good breakfast hanging at our door each morning. Thanks Eleonora for your caring and showing me the available option rooms and got our choice :-)

The price meet or beyond it could do. Nothing to complain - we didn’t expect to get room cleaning frequently, saving environment, at least not necessary for the fresh spring days.

The apartment had a beautiful view and a nice pool with panorama. It was well equipped, also with an oven.The dessert was served before the room. The old city was really close with nice restarurants and bars.

The pool was full with inspects, we could hardly use it, as it was disgusting. They used a pool hoover, but it was not enough, the surface of the pool should be cleaned too as hundreds of insects were in that. In this way, we could not really use the pool, even tough it was the main aspect to choose this place.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful property! Everything was perfect, from the warm and attentive service to our cozy, clean room. The location is stunning, surrounded by nature, making it ideal for a peaceful retreat. Although the breakfast had limited options, it was simple and satisfying. The value for money is excellent—definitely a place we would recommend for anyone looking to escape and relax. We can’t wait to return!

The place is a very old charming building with 8 units in the heart of tuscany. It is lovely escape from Rome. Staff was super friendly and spoke english. Breakfast was delivered to you room and very pleasant. Its in a very small town but there was a wonderful restaurant within a 50 meter walk of our place. The food was amazing and the place has a stunning view of the Tuscany Valley. It is far removed but a perfect overnight on your way somewhere else.

The staff was fantastic. Location and scenery marvellous. Accommodation cleaned a decent breakfast.

The local restaurant has little variety. However, u must have a car. If you have a car then you can go out and enjoy more variety and even a nice beach. Wine tasting a must and a lot to see, but it is imperative to have a car, so book a car way in advance so it's cheaper

The property is as described on the Booking. It has a splendide view. The swimming pool is very clean and for us was a great added value. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is well equipped. last but certainly not least S.ra Eleonora and staff were extremely welcoming and available.

we liked the sleepy town atmosphere, great view of the valley and in case of good weather of the sea. i read about bad parking in another review and the person who wrote that comment must have been delusional. parking is expectionally good considering the usual type in historical italian towns. breakfast on the door is a very nice touch, although repetitive after 5 days. kitchen fully equipped, coffee pods included for the whole stay. spring bed on the firm side. personell very polite pleasant and helpful washing mashine on site barbecue equipment on site pool big enough for swimming

Amazing place! Highly recommended if you seek a place to relax and experience authentic Tuscany. Residence is beautiful, with big swimming pool and sun beds facing amazing views. Room was spacious and comfortable with all needed amenities. Breakfast was served every day to our room, it was a selection of fresh cheese, ham, fruits and bread.

Our group of 13 had the most amazing time here. The host was so, so helpful. From arranging restaurant bookings, liaising with coach companies on our behalf & offering to sort an early breakfast on our departure date. The country house was beautiful. Rooms were equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The view is incredible. Short walk up a hill to the main street with a few bars, restaurants, a supermarket, bakery, etc. It's a quiet town so is perfect for a relaxing retreat, which is exactly what we wanted. Cannot recommend highly enough. Thank you for a great stay!

Short of air cons for the first night but this was resolved by the host on day 2.

The location is great - in the top of a hill and all you see in front is the pool and Tuscany hills. Breakfast is a little bit odd - served in a bag in the morning at your door, not so reach but good: bread, ham, gem, fruits. There's a coffee machine in the room. The room is nice, Tuscan style. If you climb for five minutes you'll reach the top of the hill where a tower was erected.
